CHAPTER THIRTY

Elijah's POV

When we reached the warehouse it was too quiet. Robert and the others quickly assessed the situation and surrounded the area. All of us went inside to find both Ava and Levi. It was only a matter of few minutes before we found her brother curled up in a corner of a cold room with a big gash on his left arm and tears running down his face.

He flinched as I put my hand on his shoulder but raised his little head to look at me. Recognition passed through his eyes as he jumped into my arms tightly wrapping his arms around my neck whimpering. I passed him to Max and Ian who took him out per Roberts orders and back to the house to get him treated. He was too young for this.

The rest of us quietly and quickly searched the other rooms for signs of Ava and found voices behind the massive double doors. Robert signed all of us to raise our weapons as we didn't know what was going on behind the doors but what we found was something unexpected.
