Luther's POV

I got to school and was about to go back to the coach's office when I met her ....

Lara Madison

The lady who I had a special encounter with on the New Year's Eve.

Her eyes sparkled, igniting something within me,a feeling that I could not explain.

She was indeed beautiful, her long brown hair fell on her shoulders.

I couldn't help but stare at her.

I had just got admitted to this school but the moment I saw herI was instantly attracted to her.

" I have not finished talking to you who the hell do you think you are" I could hear a guy shouting but Lara didn't glance at him.

“ Can't you shut up why do you always bark “ it was Lara speaking her eyes held great disdain for the guy.

“ You can't say anything you feel like” he was boiling with anger  as she turned away from him, hurting his pride.

“ Well I heard news that we are having a new classmate “ students murmured the news was buzzing flying up and down in the sky about my presence.

Everyone awaited who the new guy was which got their hopes high.

“ Silence everyone, this is your new classmate Luther” the teacher announced as I stepped inside the classroom.

“ Oh my God he is so handsome! I wish he could be mine only for a day” they giggled hoping I would be closer to them.

“ He is so cute even with the haircut “ they chuckled, not wanting to take their eyes off me for a moment.

“ Welcome nice to meet you” my nervousness dissipated as they accepted me with open arms

Everyone cheered happily all eyes on me with girls flicking around me but I was not interested.

“ So cute this new guy is hotter than Reis “ everyone was in awe of my beauty earning admiration from all angles.

I was the centre of attraction and murmurs rippled through the crowd.

“ Take your seat I have to address the class” he instructed me pointing towards an empty  seat  right beside Lara.

I strode magnificently in the direction of my seat with all eyes staring at me.

I pulled the chair forward quietly settling on it

“ As you all know this is a new session and you have a new classmate try to help him get used to the environment and our etiquette while focusing on your studies “ her voice was soft but stern.

“ Have a new day ahead” there was a thunderous applause echoing in the classroom.

With that, she slowly turned leaving the class.

Immediately the teacher left a tall boy stood, his face was pale  his expression darkened seeing me close to Lara.

“ My name is Reis let's all welcome our new student Luther” everyone chimed in but I was hell bent on knowing my seat partner Lara.

“ What are your hobbies?”  someone asked but I didn't respond.

“ Luther, you should know your place because I own this school” Reis declared, leaning forward his voice dripping with arrogance and a wide smile spread across my face, looking at  him like an imposing god.

Everyone was stunned.

“ This freshman is not only good with looks but something else he will be an interesting personality to watch “ they whispered to one another .

“ If you have any questions you can ask me “ Lara offered her genuine help noticing my discomfort in settling down in school..

“ Thank you” I mumbled softly extending my hand towards her, a feeling of warmth spread in my chest.

I blinked my eyelids at her, my blue piercing eyes staring at her keenly.

I locked my eyes with her and cold chills ran down her spine.

She recognised me instantly.

Her cheeks were flushed red  like rose lilies in the garden.

“ The newbie is talking to the  country pumpkin. Who does he think he is ? “ they swallowed hard, glaring directly at me who was not ready for any bull shit.

“ Lara  “ I called her name while Reis exchanged glances at the others .

“ The moment you try anything stupid you are gone for life “ Reis warned, leaning over my ears but I didn't flinch.

“ Reis, have you gone nuts? Don't you have  any shame at all left ?”

It was Lara who stood up defying all the eyes which commanded attention.

“ This is a new student you should show some empathy, not your nonchalant attitude” She added with a resolute tone not minding the opinion of others.

“ How dare you talk, you are nothing more than a worthless piece of trash” he sneered, acting like a mighty proud king.

“ Stop trying to act cool  as  you only belong to the slum” she couldn't take it anymore and  felt punched in the guts.

“ Let this be the last time you will do this or I won't hold back “ she spat  in disgust, her eyes hardened, sending a warning to him.

“ I have tolerated more than enough so it's time to put you in your place” she added rage brewing within her.

The room cracked with tension and everyone went mute.

“Im better off without you so stop constituting a nuisance if you beg for my for my forgiveness I might consider keeping you as my dog “ he blurted out.

“ I don't need to exchange words with you. You aren't worth my time “she spoke up.

He gritted his teeth his eyes widened in disbelief.

He took a step forward ready to attack her but she dodged his movements bumping all over me .

Reis lost his balance hitting the ground with a loud bang.

“ Are you alright” she asked and I nodded in affirmative.

Before I could say anything else she grabbed my collar pulling closer and pressed her lips against mine.

We shared a passionate kiss .

My body was scorching hot sending a wave of electricity through me.

“ What the heck “they whispered among one another .

“Does she think this gigolo will love her?  she can't hid the fact that she is a nobody”

someone hissed.

POV: LaraWe left the outpost before the sun climbed fully above the trees. The forest glistened with dew, quiet in that breathless way the world holds just before it wakes. Each step away from the tower felt heavier, as though it resisted letting us go. I glanced back once—the stone walls were already half-swallowed by mist.Eren moved ahead of me, his stride sure and measured. He had tied the river stone to my cloak’s clasp, where it rested against the Seal. Together, the two hummed softly, their vibrations matching the rhythm of my heartbeat. I could feel the energy threading through the air like a quiet song.“Where exactly are we going?” I asked as we followed a narrow trail north.“To the ridge,&rdqu

  • The Hockey Alpha and His Secret Omega   Chapter 65

POV: LaraWhen I woke, the fire had burned down to embers. Pale dawn light filtered through the vines at the cave mouth, painting soft lines across the floor. Eren sat at the entrance, his back straight, eyes fixed on the forest beyond. He hadn’t slept. Somehow, I wasn’t surprised.“How long was I out?” I asked.“Long enough for the rain to stop,” he said without turning. “The river will be swollen. We’ll move while the pack is still searching the lower ridges.”I stretched stiff limbs and pulled the damp cloak tighter around me. The ache in my body felt deeper than fatigue—it was the pull of the Seal, restless even in quiet. Its faint glow brushed my throat,

  • The Hockey Alpha and His Secret Omega   Chapter 66

POV: LaraThe outpost smelled of dust and memory. The stone walls were streaked with moss, the ceiling patched by roots that had forced their way through cracks in the roof. Yet a faint warmth lingered in the air, as if the place still remembered the hands that once built it.Eren found an old lamp and coaxed a flame to life. Its glow chased the shadows into corners, revealing shelves lined with decayed maps, broken weapons, and the ghosts of another time. “This was one of the border stations,” he said. “Your father used it when he patrolled the northern woods.”I ran my fingers over a weathered table. The wood was carved with initials—some deep, others nearly erased. One mark caught the light: A + M. I traced it slowly, my chest tightenin

  • The Hockey Alpha and His Secret Omega   Chapter 64

POV : LaraRain blurred the forest into streaks of silver and shadow. Every branch clawed at my cloak, every root tried to drag me down. My breath came in short bursts, loud against the roar of the storm. Behind me, the horns still wailed and the sound of pursuit.I forced myself forward, splashing through puddles, slipping over moss-slick stones. The Seal’s faint light glimmered through the wet fabric at my throat, guiding me like a living star. Each pulse reminded me that I was alive, but hunted.Lightning ripped open the sky, showing the ridge in the distance—a black line against the pale horizon. I had to reach it before dawn. Reis had said the river lay beyond; safety waited there, if safety even existed anymore.

POV: LaraThe sanctum was built for silence. Every sound—my breath, the scrape of my palms on the floor, even the whisper of cloth—came back to me hollow and small. The walls drank light. Only the faint shimmer of the Seal broke the dark, moving across my skin like liquid silver.Hours bled together. I counted them by the rhythm of my heartbeat, by the drip of water somewhere beyond the door. Each drop sounded like a reminder that the world outside still lived while I sat buried under stone. At first I tried to speak to the guards through the slot in the door. No one answered. Later, I stopped trying. My voice echoed back at me, thin and lonely. When exhaustion finally dragged me down, I dreamed of fire again.&n

  • The Hockey Alpha and His Secret Omega   Chapter 62

POV: LaraMorning arrived with no warmth. A fog settled over the settlement, thick enough that the sun looked like a pale coin behind the clouds. From my window I could see movement in the square—wolves whispering in clusters, their glances darting toward the house where Luther and I were confined.A guard knocked once before opening the door. “The Council summons you,” he said. His voice carried no malice, only fatigue. No one wanted to be the one to touch the girl who glowed.Luther stood at my side as we walked to the hall. He didn’t speak. His silence said enough.Inside, the Council chamber felt smaller than it had yesterday. The Elders sat in a tight semicircle, their faces drawn. Elder M
