**Grayson's POV**

I headed towards Quinn, who was sitting on the couch. I had just come back from practice for tomorrow's home game. And I was drained. Not physically, but mentally.

How could I not be? Even though I told Quinn I would beat Hanz professionally, seeing that man's face made me want to punch him.

I'd be lying if I said I didn't hold a grudge against Hanz after what he did to Quinn. The way he tried to trick me by belittling Quinn was truly unforgivable. He should go to hell with his bloody manager. Ah, bastard.

"I'm home." I hugged Quinn. Not stopping there, I climbed onto the couch and lay down on her lap. It felt very comfortable and cooled my head a little.

"What's wrong with my big baby, hm?"

I leaned to the left and hugged her waist. I buried my head in her belly. "This big baby needs to recharge."

Quinn laughed softly. "All right, all right. Recharge to your heart's content."

Remembering that today was Quinn's first day at work, I immediately looked up at her. "

**Quinn's POV**Last night was the hottest yet gentlest sex I've ever had with Grayson. Even though he was angry, he didn't take it out on me. Instead, he was very warm and gentle, as if I were something fragile. Grayson also admitted that he felt better afterwards. His emotions were much more under control and he also promised that his team would win today's game against White Tiger. And honestly, this was a game that I found very tense. Not only because it was the first time two Alphas had been brought together on one rink, but also because Grayson and Hanz had a very bad history and didn't get along. Even though I managed to calm Grayson down, I was still worried that he would suddenly lose his temper. Especially Hanz, I was very worried that he would deliberately provoke Grayson. After what I saw in the replay, Hanz was indeed more sensational than Grayson. I mean, he liked to provoke members of the opposing team, which then created chaos. And with Grayson's emotions still sha

**Quinn's POV**My body refused to cooperate when Mr. Talon suddenly entered the room. My brain wanted me to get away from Grayson immediately, but my body remained frozen in place like a statue. I didn't even know what to say to Mr. Talon. Seeing him standing there with a red face and clenched fists was truly intimidating. And in this first meeting with him, I finally realised where Grayson's intimidating and cold aura came from. It was none other than his own father!Mr. Talon walked closer until he was finally near us. He then placed the gift he was carrying on the table. Grayson, who had been lying face down, immediately straightened his clothes and stood up. As for me, I was confused about whether to sit or stand. But then when I tried to stand up, Grayson held my shoulder so I sat back down. "She's not a minor. Her name is Quinn, 21 years old, my girlfriend. And this is none of your business. So once you're done with your business, please leave."I held Grayson's fingers, c

**Quinn’s POV**I was relieved that Grayson had come to his senses. I was glad he hadn't gone through with his original plan. That eased my worries about the upcoming game a little. At least, I knew there wouldn't be any trouble at the rink started by Grayson. The problem now is Hanz. Since I haven't met him in person, I don't know what kind of person he is. So it's very difficult to guess whether he will stay quiet or provoke Grayson. "Thank you for thinking about it again, gray bear," I said sincerely.Grayson smiled sweetly. He also held my hand. "Don't thank me. Thank yourself for not giving up on me."Suddenly, Dylan separated our hands. "Guys, can you do this romantic scene somewhere else? Just don’t do it in front of me, please."I looked at him and stuck out my tongue. "You move."Instead of backing down, Dylan showed me the game stick in front of my face. "Look at this. I'm busy. It's time for the boys."Grayson smiled broadly. It seemed like he was defending Dylan. And i

**Quinn’s POV**“So what do I have to do to make you less upset, hmm?”I pushed Grayson’s head away from my shoulder again. I don’t know how many times I’ve done that. Grayson doesn’t seem to want to give up. He’s been doing it over and over again, from the moment we got out of the car to the lift ride up to his penthouse. He clung to me like a caterpillar."Quinny? Are you listening to me?"I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms. I saw him in the reflection of the lift wall, staring at me with a pleading face. "You can ask for anything," he said again, still trying to persuade me.I remembered other news articles I had read. One of them said that we had deliberately chosen to go on a date there because it was quiet. Oh dear. I don't know if they knew the truth, which was that the restaurant was indeed unpopular. I also couldn't imagine if anyone knew that Grayson's girlfriend worked at the restaurant. Not as the owner, but as an employee. It would definitely be hot news and trendin

  • The Hockey Alpha’s Therapist   114 Lowkey

**Quinn's POV**I shook my head as Grayson got into the car. "Right, now what are we gonna do with all of this?"He just grimaced as he glanced back at the menus he had ordered, which were now on the back seat. "How are we gonna finish all of that if it's just me and Dylan eating?""We can give the rest to the homeless. You choose the ones you and Dylan like. How about that?"Grayson pinched both my cheeks. "Don't be angry."I sighed softly. "I'm not angry because it's your money. But we had to wait for hours for all those menus. You could’ve spent that time resting. I just… I just feel guilty.""Hey, hey, look at me."I looked into Grayson's eyes. But I couldn't for long because I felt like laughing. "There's still tomorrow to rest. The game is the day after tomorrow."Speaking of the game, I remembered Dylan's advice. But Grayson seemed fine. He must’ve already known who his rival would be the day after tomorrow. But he wasn't upset or giving any negative reactions about it. Gra
