Jennifer's POV

I woke up alone in bed and wondered where Lucien was. It was still dark outside. I looked at the clock to see it was only one in the morning. Before I could get out of bed, Lucien walked into our bedroom, fully dressed. I knew he had just come back from somewhere.

"I am sorry, Little One. Did I wake you?" Lucien said

"No. I woke up before you arrived. Where did you go," I asked while Lucine undressed to his boxers.

"I was going to tell you later on today, but since you are up, I will tell you now," Lucien said as he sat on his side of the bed. I was also in a sitting position waiting for him to continue. "Some members of the Werewolf Council decided to show up uninvited," Lucien said

"What do they want? Why would they show up without asking you if they could come?" I asked

"They want to meet you. They want to meet their new Queen. They decided to show up because they knew I wouldn't have told them not to come if they asked me first. I told them they were not allowed t
