25: Willow

The chill in the air caressed her cheeks and kissed her nose. Her eyes fluttered open and took in the change in scenery. She had grown used to her mind being thrown around from place to place, yet right now her mind felt even more drained than it normally did while she experienced a vision. It could be for the fact she had just awoken after being in a comatose like state for some time, or maybe there was another reason all together.

She cast her gaze around to the desolate trees that surrounded her. She could have mistaken it as the forest she had visited to see Hecate, but there was no lush greenery to fill her sights or the coiling of a snake around her feet. This place felt more isolated with the barren trees with not a shred of life to them. The ground dulled down with brown grass and cracked dirt patches like the area hadn't seen rain for weeks. She turned her attention to the left and to the right. There wasn't a single life form within the vicinity. No squirrels. No birds. Not
