Warmth

Upon waking up I notice the lights are dim and it was night outside. I sit up and notice in the corner of the room Kadachi, peacefully asleep in a chair with paperwork on his lap.

I feel a sense of warmth knowing he is here and smile to myself.

(He must be very busy since he's been spending his time here with me, maybe I can help him with his paperwork!)

I silently walk over to him picking up the papers in his lap, as I scan over them a feeling of dread washes over me.

(What is this? Why is he signing all of his rights to the company away and to who??)

Just then I see movement out of the corner of my eye and look up to see Kadachi rubbing his eyes as he looks up at me looking confused.

"Kairi? Why are you up right now?"

I nervously and awkwardly laugh.

"Umm well, I wanted to try to help you with your paperwork but when I went to go over it I realized it wasn't meant for me to read I'm sorry…"
