Chapter-47

Bella's hands were shaking continuously as if she was standing under the heavy snowfall but the weather was not cold. It was a hot summer evening and people would kill to feel the ocean breeze which she was feeling now but instead of enjoying it, she was chilled to the core.

Her heart hammered hard against her rib cage, consciousness gripped her every step when she moved further among the crowd of intimidating people. She barely knew a few faces there but everyone was watching her and murmuring among themselves. Their faces held similar expressions of shock, as if they were watching something unimaginable.

The spotlight on her followed her every step. She was looking like an angel descending directly on the earth in that black enticing dress. Few tendrils adorned her face, out of her low bun. Bella's steps started to waver but she recalled Aaron's words when He handed her the dress she was wearing now.
