EXTRA PART 4 - FINAL

Naara's face looks so pale as she walks out of her class. Several female bodyguards approach Naara and ask because they are worried about their master's unusual appearance.

"Frau, are you okay? Your face looks so pale," asks one of Naara's bodyguards.

Naara nods and asks the man to lead him to the car. Naara is still continuing her studies even though she is married to Aderaldo.

"Can you take me to the nearest hospital?" says Naara as she gets into the car and the driver nods, following Naara's orders without arguing.

The woman feels so weak and her head is dizzy. The lower part of her stomach has been feeling cramped lately. She wants to check whether she's pregnant. She remembers some articles she has read about signs of pregnancy. Naara doesn't want to be happy until she hears the doctor's diagnosis in person. She doesn't want to make guesses which will end up in disappointment if reality doesn't match her expect
