Sophie entered the magazine's office elegantly dressed, as always, wearing clothes, shoes, a bag, sunglasses, and jewelry from internationally renowned brands. She wore high heels that most women would never manage to balance on, and her all-powerful editor-in-chief posture was the same as always, eliciting the same envy, disdain, fear, or anger depending on the person who laid eyes on her, just like every other workday.

However, after passing through the door of her office, which her first assistant had already opened for her, as on any other morning, she signaled for him to close it, and once she was no longer visible to the other subordinates, she gave him a huge and speculative smile.
