Two Birds
It's a few days after the huge accident, I feel like I've said that a few times now. The verdict on my arm is that it's broke, pretty bad talking to the doctors. I've got it better than a bunch of people who were there though, four people were so badly injured that for days no one knew if they were going to make it. Thankfully, no one died and everyone seems to be somewhat on the mend, but it's gonna be a long road. I've been able to go and see them in the hospitals, Gray kept telling me I didn't need to but I wanted to. I've managed to see most of them all apart from Daisy, you'd think as I'm so close to her she'd be the first person I'd visit right? She's had to have a few major surgeries to try and help her heal from the attack, Josh tells me she does want to see me but whenever I'm free she's always in surgery or busy, it's just a sucky situation we're in.

It was much later in the day, the sun was just beginning to set which made the whole sky just beautiful colours of red and orange. We were just about to set off for Josh and Daisy's house, I didn't know how we were going to be able to break the news about what's happening with Daisy. That's the first time I've thought about the incident, I've blocked out a bunch of my childhood memories that I know would just cause the horrible feelings as a child to resurface. "Clara! Clara!" Kyle's voice screams from the distance, I hear him frantically running around outside my room finding something to break through the door."Clara can you get to the door!?" I woke up to the sun streaming through the windows, the curtains were open which caused the whole room to be bright. I glance down to see Gray still asleep on my chest, well that's a first he's normally awake before me. This gave me the opportunity to think about what he told me last night, I knew from the stories I heard before that his father was a horrible individual. But I would have never thought he would take his own daughters life, just because she was going to be next in line for the throne. I can't even imagine what was going through that little girls head, the man that's supposed to protect you from all the "monsters" is the one that actually hurt you. A few more hours have passed since mine and Erik's first meeting, I did have a long list of things I've wanted to get done but as he wasn't here, I had no idea how to get around it myself. First off, I needed him to start the list of new officials to replace the current officials, since the meeting I was in, it was clear those men were not up to the standard. After a long chat with my dad I was being led out the prison, I told him what the next steps were and he said he was more than happy to help.
