Wish Come True (Part 1)

It had been three days since that awkward confession happened and guess what?

I told Mal about it and it seemed like she was more excited than me. Well of course, I felt a little excited because it was my first time being courted but I could not forget the fact that I'm not here to stay any longer. I'm a time ticking bomb, I could explode any moment.

I am currently at school because it's Wednesday and we have a class schedule for certain subjects.

"Race, what are you thinking?" Killian asked, I faced him. We're here at the cafeteria eating lunch together. It was kinda awkward because most of the students eating were looking at us.

Especially his ex-girlfriend along with her squad. If looks can kill then I probably would not last in eight months, I would be lying right now in my customized coffin.

"Nothing. It's just that everybody is staring at us" I simply told him.

He told me the other day that his ex and him were a famous couple because they were both popular individuals. So I thought to myself, 'how is it possible that a popular guy on campus is courting me? And how could I get past the ex-couples fans and shippers?'

Geez.

What have I gotten myself into?

"Don't mind them. They're just a waste of time." He reassuringly said.

He also told me the reason why they broke up. He said it was him who dumped her because he was apparently in love with someone else. I'm not assuming that it was me because we only met recently so I guess it's his first love or whatever. And another reason is that she cheated on him. She hooked up with his best friend for months.

Such a rude girl. She already has a boyfriend, why would she hook up with other guys? Also, whatever happened to the girl that he said he loves and was the reason for their break up?

Tss. I just can't understand the relationship thingy.

"Sasha's also looking at us." I calmly said while eating my sandwich.

He turned his head to face them. It used to be his squad but Sasha kinda brainwashed them so everybody left him and turned their side to Sasha.

I felt sorry for Killian. He must have been hurt when his best friend betrayed him and his other friends left him without even hearing him out. They are just the worst kind of people. So immature.

"Tss. She just wants the attention. Hurry up and finish your lunch. We have a lot of free time since I was informed that the teachers are having their general meeting, so they won't be able to meet us. Let's go somewhere and see someone" He happily answered.

Now who could that be? He took me to his favorite place yesterday, and it was tremendous. The place was full of flowers, trees and most importantly it was away from people. No eyes were looking at us unlike today.

We stayed there the whole afternoon doing random stuff.

"Where are we off to?" I was so frantic that I hurriedly stood up.

And he laughed at me. So embarrassing.

"Aren't you a bit excited? Are you done? Let's go now." He stood up as well and we both headed to the main door of the cafeteria to exit.

Finally, I don't have to deal with their awfully killer stares.

Walking.

"Killian, where's your car? Do we really have to walk?" As much as I like to exercise, I do exercise. My body is getting weaker everyday so I have to be more careful. I hope he did not notice that I'm sweating so much here.

"I want to enjoy this walk with you lazy bum" He did not turn his head to see me. I guess he really wants to walk. I have no choice. Might as well enjoy this walk with him.

"Don't worry, it won't be far." He added. I heaved a sigh. Thank God it was not that far.

Holding hands while walking? Why not? Kidding. Nope, we're not doing that.

After ten minutes of walking the streets, we finally arrived at Mal's house. Why didn't I notice that we were headed to this place?

"Hey, what are we doing here? Why are we here?" I confusedly asked. He didn't answer. The door opened and Mal came out of the house.

I hugged her tightly. It was really good to see her today, we've been very busy at school that's why we don't have time to visit each other.

"Hey, what are we doing here Killian?" I asked him because I really have no idea why we're here. And how does he know Mal? I mean there's social media but they're not really close or are they? How come I did not know?

"Just wear this blindfold, Vey. It's a surprise" Mal answered my question and gave me a blindfold. What am I supposed to do with this? Obviously wear it, but why?

"C'mon guys, is this really necessary?" They both nodded and that's my cue telling me I have no choice but to wear this silly blindfold.

Dang it. What are these guys up to?

"Let's go" Both of them guided me while I was walking because I can't see a thing but I can hear the doors opening.

We passed through a lot of doors, wait where are we? Are we in the mad hatters hat? Why are there so many doors?

I could also hear Mal's giggle. Looks like she was having fun with these things.

"You can get the blindfold off now" I heard Killian saying that. Thank goodness. I can finally see where they brought me to.

I started taking off the blindfold and saw...

Is this? How is this possible? Am I dreaming? Somebody pinch me. I could not believe that I was standing inside a recording studio.

Did they do this for me? These guys are making me all teary.
