Chapter 23: I Have A Boyfriend? Part 2: Day 6

Ricco's P.O.V.

        

“What did you just say?” (I couldn't believe my ears. Did I hear her right? Is it mine?) All these thoughts were running in my head as I just looked at her waiting for her to go on. “Ricco, I'm four to six weeks pregnant. Well, now it would be five to seven.” “So, you have seen a doctor besides the one that came today to look you over after you passed out?” “What do you mean? What doctor? And yes, I seen a doctor the night that I escaped. I ended up in front of a bar, it seemed to be calling me, so I went in. Now I know why, the owner is my biological brother. He called his Doctor since I so happened to pass out that time too, it was the  first time I have had that experience. He called Doctor Lee to check my injuries and treat me.”

         “Andre had his doctor come in and check on you. You were in shock from the memories that you suddenly remembered. Andre said that it was due to this Asher guy placing a ring on your left hand.” “Oh, MY. GOD. I HAVE A BOYFRIEND!!!” She looked  so destruct at this moment that I didn't know what to do or say until I saw her trying to get out of bed. “Where are you going?” She looked at me like I suddenly grew six heads. “I need to talk to Asher.” She said as if it wasn't a big deal, I came all this way to meet her so we can be together, and she wants to talk to her boyfriend of ten years that she forgot all about. How am I going to deal with this?

                                            

Analina couldn’t believe it, she has a boyfriend all this time, for ten years to be exact. She needed to talk to him, she didn’t' mean to shut Ricco out by not answering his necessary questions. Analina got up and started to walk towards the door, but she became dizzy and almost fell, Ricco came to her recue by catching her before falling onto the floor. Even after  ignoring his questions, he still cared enough not to let her fall and possibly hurt herself. “Thank you, Ricco.” “Your welcome, baby. Here let me help you. Where are you trying to go?” “The sitting room. Ricco, I'm sorry.” He said nothing as he helped her. When they showed up Asher runs over to her. “Babe, are you ok? Who's this.” Before Analina can say anything Ricco speaks for me. “Does she look ok? Who the hell are you to be calling my girl babe?” She gazed back at him and if looks can kill he'd be dead. “What?” He asks. “I can talk for myself!” She looked over at Asher and answered his question. “Yes, just a little bit dizzy. We need to talk don't we?” “Yes, we do.” “Baby who is this guy?” “My boyfriend.” She said as she lets Asher escort her out of the room.

“Is the garden ok?” He asked. “Sure, that's fine.” They started to walk silently to the garden when they are suddenly stopped by Andre. “Baby girl, the doctor is waiting to talk to you, I suggest that you do that first before anything else. It's especially important.” “Is everything ok.” She asked worried to why his doctor wanted to talk to her. (Did he find something wrong with me? Is the baby alright? What if something is wrong with the baby? What am I going to do?) All these thoughts started to wildly run through Analina’s mind as she looked back at Asher and see Ricco standing there staring after them.

“I'll be right back.” “Do you want me to come with you, baby girl?” “Do you mind?” “No, not at all.” “Wait, just a minute. I come all this way to start a relationship with you, I think I should go in with you especially if it's about the baby.” “I should go in, I'm the boyfriend. Wait, What baby? Are you pregnant, Lina?” “Yes, I am Asher. And Ricco you probably are right, this baby could be yours so you should be there with me. Do you still mind if Andre came with us?” “Thank you baby, and no I don't mind, it looks like you have gotten close to him and feel comfortable around him.” “Asher, you can come too. Your right you are my boyfriend and you should be there with me also.”

Asher, Ricco and Analina followed Andre and the doctor into his office, he let's all of them enter before him and closes the door. They all then take seats waiting for the doctor to speak. “Hi Analina, I'm Doctor Moore. How are you feeling?” “Hi Doctor Moore, I feel fine just a bit dizzy.” “That's normal after what you've been through. Well since you already know that you ae Pregnant let's cut through the chase here.” I nodded. “When I examined the baby with my ultrasound kit, I noticed that there were two heartbeats, I proceeded by looking at your uterus and found a second baby.” “Wait, what?” She screamed incomplete shock.

                              Asher's P.O.V.

         I couldn't believe what the doctor just said, not only is my girlfriend having another man's baby, but twins. I look over at her and noticed that she isn't doing too well so I go over to her only to be met by the other two men in her life. I didn't let that stop me from comforting my girl. “Lina, are you ok?” “I think so?” She says this more of a question than a statement. “Analina, are you alright for me to go on?” She nods her head in response to the doctor's question. “Everything is fine with both you and your unborn children, and a paternity test should be done after their birth, I wouldn’t' recommend having one done before that, even though you could but it can also be dangerous to them.” “I understand, Doc.” She said.

The doctor leaves and Andre asks her as if he has any say in this. “What do you want to do, baby girl?” “I'm going to  talk this over with Ricco, so maybe I should talk to him first. I'm sorry, Asher.” “I understand, but I don't like this situation, but I do understand.” I'm being truthful when I said that I understand, because it's not her fault that she forgot all about me, it was the trauma that she went through for the pass ten years.

                               

Ricco walked out of the office with Analina as he holds her hand to guide her in case she has another dizzy spell, they get out to the garden and he stops in front of a bed of tulips, knowing that this is her favorite flower. He thought it may be easier for her to talk to him if she had a beautiful view to look at. “Um, where do I even start?” “Why don't I ask the questions, and you answer them?” “Sure, sounds good to me.” “So, what happened after you the night that you escaped from Draven's?” “I got into Andre's car as you know, and I ran through the path in the forest just as he instructed me to do, I was told after coming out to take a right and that will take me to a busy main street which would be hard for his men to find me.”
