Chapter 3: Unexpected Information

We make our way to Jonathan’s office while Rocco insist on carry me all the way there. You would think that he wouldn’t want to babysit a young girl as myself, but with him it isn’t at all like that. As we enter the office I see three familiar faces, with excitement I wiggle out of Rocco’s arms and in the arms of Andre Chavez, Zanders Karno and Pablo Riveria.

“Hey baby girl, glad to know that you are ok.” Andre says to me as he gives the top of my head a kiss.

“I knew all along that she would make it!” Pablo says as he strokes my hair.

“I am just happy that she went to exactly where we were hoping she would go.” Zanders says as he rubs my cheek gently with is index finger. After greeting the guys, I am lead away by Rocco.

“Hey, Uncle Zanders. I am sorry but I need her to come with me.” He says while greeting Zanders with a hug.

“That’s ok I understand, that is why we lead her here, we knew she will be well protected.” He says to Rocco. Rocco leads me over to a sofa where Maveric is sitting and places me in between the both of them.

“I’ve been informed by Analina that you helped in her escape?” Jonathan started with this question.

“Yes, I did.” Andre says before explaining to him how the escape was performed. “Ricco my cousin lead her out the back way and to our car, which you were probably already told this by Analina, so after she left the car and I instructed her where to go, Pablo and Zanders too exited the car and hiding in with the trees kept an eye out for any of Draven’s men.” Andre finishes.

“I had  our family Doctor examine her before we left the bar tonight, she had at least two ribs that are on mend from being broken, along with her jaw and several cuts and bruises on her arms and legs. He also took three tubes of blood for testing including a DNA test, a urine sample for pregnancy and received painkillers for the pain and sedatives for when she's overwhelmed or in case of nightmares. He informed nightmares are common with trauma patients.”

“Jonathan I can understand everything that was done by your Doctor but why  a DNA  test?”

“We're looking for her mother, and I also have a suspicion that she maybe my lost sister that was kidnapped right after her birth!”

“Wow, I guess looking at her, her facial features and eye color you would be suspicious. When are you expecting the test results?”

“Well, knowing Doctor Lee he'll put a rush on it so I'm assuming sometime tomorrow.”

“Would you mind if I'm present for the results, maybe having a familiar face will help with stress and anxiety?”

“I don't mind, it may ease her stress as you suggest.  Would you like to stay here for the night?”

“Yes, that would be great. Same suite as usual?”

“Yes.”

“Are we done here or is there more that I should know?”

        

“No, your free to call it a night. We'll see you tomorrow.” Andre nodded his head as him, Zanders, Pablo and I followed Rocco out of the office.

                                   Rocco’s P.O.V.

         Walking with Andre'  and his men to their suites for the night as I carry a sleeping Analina to hers. I have an uncomfortable feeling drape over me from Andre and Pablo, hey even off my Uncle. Not so sure what it is yet though. We reached a set of double doors, and I say as I'm opening them: "Here we are." Walking through the living room area towards the bedroom that uncomfortable feeling was getting even stronger, almost like he was excited to see her again. Maybe out of concern? I hope so. After showing them to their suites I then carry Analina to her suite and laid her in her bed, I cover her up right up to her neck, then I brought a chair over to the side of her bed and sat down in it. I take a hold of her hand so that she will know that she is longer alone.

Two hours later Mariann walks into the room and sees Rocco with his hand in hers and him sleeping with his head laying on the side of her bed. Quietly, so she's not waking him up she went over to the bed and gently woke Analina up.

“Sweetie, it's time to take your pills.” As she started to wake so did Rocco. Mariann gently helps her into a sitting position, seeing this Rocco jumps up to help. She gives her two pills and explains that it is for pain while handing her a cup of water.

“How is she doing? Any nightmares?” She asked Rocco.

“Just one, as I was entering the room earlier with her, but I was able to calm her down.” He told her.

“Ok, I'm going to leave the sedatives with you, remember to only give her one. I'll take the painkillers with me, she doesn't need another dose until breakfast.”

“Ok.” Mariann helps Rocco lay her back down and just before leaving she suggest to Rocco. “You should really get some sleep, and I mean in a bed, not with her, your own.” Then she walks out of the room.

Marriann walks into her bedroom that she shares with her husband. As soon as she enters she heard him ask.

“What do you have in your hands.”

 “Analina's pain medication.” she answered.

“Oh.” Is all he said. She got into bed and with concern etched onto her face said. “We should really get some sleep.”

“I can’t, I have a lot on my mind.”

“Is this about the possibility of Analina might be your lost sister”

“Yes.”

“What are you going to do if she's not?”

“That's another reason why I wanted a DNA test done so we can find out who her parents are.”

“Ok Jon, but we really need to get to sleep.”

 “Your right.” he said turning of the light and cuddling up next to her.

                        The Next Morning

The cooks and servers busied themselves with getting breakfast on the table. Three servers came out with plates of freshly cooked food while another one started setting the table. When they noticed that their boss couple came into the dining area they greeted them as the couple also returned tier greeting as they sat in their seats. Next came in Maverick in which he also greeted the couple and sat down. After a while Andre' and his two men came in greeting everyone that is seated. When Rocco came in greeting them all, Jonthan asked him.

“Where's Analina?”

“She's showering and getting dressed.” He answered. To this Jonathan just nodded. Soon Analina made her appearance and greeted everyone shyly.

 “G......good morning e...everyone.” They greeted her back as Mariann slides over two pain pills. She looked up and thanked Mariann. They all ate in silence until a phone ringing broke it. To look at Analina you wouldn't know that she was injured, she had on a sundress with thin straps  and a cherry blossom pattern on the dress, she had a diamond heart shape necklace on, and her beautiful light brown hair was in a French braid. her hair was long enough to pull the end of the braid to the front of her body.

Jonatha entered  his office taking the call.

[Hello, Dr. Lee.]

[Hi Jonathan, I'm calling to inform you that I got the test results back. I'll be over in two hours, make sure that your parents are present.] He said then hung up. He stared down at the phone from the sudden hang up and dialed his father's number.

 [Hi dad, I need you to come over in two hours.]

[Is there something wrong, son?]

[No, no dad I don't think so.]

[Ok, your mother and I will be there soon.] With that being said they both hung up and Jonathan made his way back to the dining area to finish his breakfast.

                              After Breakfast

They all made their way into the office, Mariann pulled a chair from a corner in the room and placed in front of the computer, Jonathan took his usual seat at the desk. Andre', Zander and Pablo made their way over to one of the long black sofa's on the side of the room, Maverick and Rocco took their places standing on either side of the couple seating at the desk. Analina entered the office shyly and was about to sit in one of the chairs in front of the desk, but Andre' called her over pulling her onto his lap, knowing that she may have a panic attack and wanted her to feel relaxed. Jonathan noticing this was worried even the three of them say to be happily married men.

A knock sounded on the door, giving permission to enter, his parents walks in and takes their seats on the other long sofa in back of the room. "Just waiting on the Dr." Jonathan stated. Another knock  sounded on the door giving permission the Dr. enters the office. Rocco grabs one of the chairs in front of the desk and turns it around so that it is facing everyone in the room. After being seated and taking out a file from his medical bag, he opens it, looks at the documents inside and then looks up at everyone.

“I'm going to start with the DNA test. (looking over at Jonathan) your right Jonathan she is your long-lost sister.”

“What!!!” his parents yelled in excitement. “Where is she?” Jonatan went over to Analina took her hand and pulled her off of Andre's lap.

“Right here, mom and dad. Meet your seventeen-year-old daughter Analina.” John stands up with his wife Liliana following him.

“Come here our baby!" Analina flew into their arms and whispers

“Home.” Illiana asked what she meant and she answered by saying. “I remember this feeling, I don't know how, I just do.”

“Ok, please take your seats, there is more. Analina.” he says looking at her.

“I'm sorry to say that you are at least four to six weeks pregnant.”

“WHAT!!!” was all she could say.
