Chapter 22 (He kissed her.)

He sat on a chair beside her bed as he held her hand and intertwined them. He was feeling guilty for being the cause of her pain. He was scared just with the thought of what ifs... He was totally out of his mind and his soul left his body for a while when he saw the unconscious body of her lying in the middle of the road covered in blood. Without thinking much he kissed her forehead and sat back. Tears unknowingly rolled down his cheeks.

Stefen sat beside Jasmine for hours not wanting to leave her side. He was still holding Jasmine's hand afraid of the loneliness he might feel if he lets it go. He rested his head on the intertwined hands of theirs and in no time he feel asleep. The sun set for the day and night took over.

"Stefen...?" he heard the voice he was longing to hear. He got up and saw Jasmine who was still adjusting her vision.

"Jazz Jazz oh my god Jazz you are finally up." He said, his voice filled with pain, excitement and most importantly LOVE.
