Chapter 51 (I don't love you anymore)

"What else do you expect Alison?" Jack all of a sudden had a rude and deep tone. He had never spoken so harshly to anyone. It was once in a blue moon thing for everyone around him to see that side of him. He sounded like he was controlling himself and waiting for a moment when he could vent all his anger at once.

"I did not expect anything does not mean you bring me to the terrace," Alison retorted. "Didn't you say you would show me around?"

"Oh cut the crap Alison," Jack did not let her speak any further. "Play this card of being innocent and demure in front of others. I know your true colors."

Alison remained silent, for a second guilt overtook her but she composed herself in no time.

Jack ignored her presence and walked to sit on the same cemented bench where he and Alice sat a week ago.

Alison just looked here and there and rolled her eyes again and walked ahead to take the seat beside Jack.
