Hate

"I want him" These words echoed in The king's ear. He never wanted his daughter to have anything to do with this wretched being, and now here she was pointing the same man to be her husband.

"Wrong choice young lady. He isn't any of your suitors" He clearly stated and Nicholas's gaze went to the both of them.

"I want him Dad. I want him to be my Husband. He isn't scared of me" She pouted her lips and Nicholas's eyes widened. Never in his life has he thought of having a Wife. He never even dreamt about it. What was this little spouting anyway?

"And I'm saying No! You can't marry him" He said sternly and Angelica frowned. Nicholas stared at the eager Angelica and he opened his mouth to utter something.

"I need to leave now. I'm running late" He neglected their arguments as he strode to the exit. Angelica chased after him.

"STOP!" She called him from behind tucking his shirt, the man halted in his track.

"What is it?" He frowned asking her unfriendly. Angelica gave him the same facial expression.

"I want to marry you," She said without dropping a hint of her discussion with him. A low soft chuckle escaped from his lip and his eyes became lifeless and deadly.

"Withdraw that statement because it can never be possible," He said hoarsely. Angelica remained unfazed which even startled the man.

"It can be possible. I want to get married to someone who wouldn't be scared of me and I think you are the right choice. I want you" She said straight-forwardly. The man was rendered speechless as he kept on blinking his eyes continuously.

"You don't joke with fire young lady. You are still immature and I don't do ladies of your type. I'm leaving" He waved his hand but Angelica held him back.

"Just give me a chance" She pleaded. She couldn't fathom why her mind was always on him since the first day she saw him. Perhaps they are connected.

"Nah, Nah. I don't play dummies." He yanked his hand away from hers and off he went. Angelica sighed and she went into the palace. Her father was patiently waiting for her return

"Angelica, You are testing my patience. Why are you so adamant? Can't you see that that guy isn't your set?" He ranted and Angelica scoffed.

"Enough Dad! I've always listened to you. Weren't you the one who told me that I'd be choosing a suitor from myself? I've chosen him and he is the one I want" She clearly stated and was about to emerge upstairs when her father caught her arm.

"I know I'm being too rash Angelica but King Nicholas isn't the type of man you will ever dream to have. He isn't sympathetic or nice at all. The king tries to explain but Angelica remained unfazed.

"Why is it that I don't always have what I want? Ever since I was a child, you guys never let me choose what I want, you only think about the welfare of the people. This is the first time I'm taking a decision. I just want him and that's all" Tears dropped down from her eyes and The king slightly itch his eyebrow.

"You won't understand because you don't know him. You will hate him yourself once you find out about him and let me remind you...You have a purpose on this earth and not to fall in love with an evil person" He said scowlingly. Angelica's eyes widened. What exactly is her purpose? The Priestess kept on reminding her that she has a purpose on this earth and she should keep safe. What exactly? The king left her room as he got no reply from her. He hoped that he has talked sense into her and she wouldn't go after the Evil Nicholas.

"You have been visiting the human land lately Lucifer. Perhaps have you seen a girl that you got attracted to.." Raven trailed off as he got a glowering gaze from Lucifer.

"Easy man, I'm just joking around...by the way, what's with that king guy" Raven itch his hair as he hastily changes the topic. Lucifer's eyes flickered with anger as he hissed.

"I've never been so nice in my lifetime. I always try my best to be nice even if it's not easy and everything time I enter that palace I always leave empty-handed without shedding blood. What has gotten over me?" He scowled. Raven winced as he stood before "The Great Lucifer".

"Don't get yourself bothered. The Priestess said that the girl you've been looking for is in that house" Raven gave him an icy stare. Lucifer's deadly eyes pierced into his eyes

"Don't just tell me it's Angelica." He said with anticipation. 100years ago, the Priestess told him about a girl that was going to stop and destroy him from fulfilling his mission. He patiently waited for the arrival of the girl but there was no sign of the coming. Was she the one he has been waiting for 100 years ago? No way!! She isn't!

"Don't tell you? Thank hell you know it's that Brat. She is the mysterious human that is sent from "Where-i-don't-know" to be an obstacle to you and us. I won't spare her if I get to meet her one on one. Anyways, is she a beauty? Cause I don't like wasting beauty. Perhaps I could put her hostage or make her my slave, draining all her magical powers" Raven giggled at his thought.

Lucifer didn't respond, he was fighting his internal dilemma. He couldn't believe she was the mysterious creature he has been waiting for hundred years ago. His main motive was to kill her once she was born but now he needs the girl for another plan.

"Don't harm her" He said authoritatively and Raven snapped back.

"Excuse you.....our plan was the kill her immediately she is born and now ya say what?" Raven smirked.

"I want to use her for something important and then after that, I can kill her." He unsympathetically said.

"oh...use her for what now. The Priestess said her purpose isn't yet known, so why don't we just kill her now that she is still a naive little rat" Raven's brow creased.

"No one can harm me and I am immortal. The only person that can take me away from this earth is God. She is just a rare creature that I can deal with. I will just use her ability and get rid of her. Just don't bother yourself Raven" He patted his shoulder as he walked past him.

"Hey.....what do you want to use her for?" Raven hastily asked. Lucifer averted his gaze to him and an evil grin slightly crept up his sexy little lips.

"Our demon population is low because we can't reproduce. I want to drain her innocent blood to wake up the thousands of rogue Demons. I need those demons to deal with a human. I want none of them to obey God. I want all humans to only worship me and nobody else. Nobody else!!" A dangerous light glimmered in his golden eyes and Raven felt uneasy. He knew his plan was very much more than that. He only said a tip of his plan because he trust one, not even Raven, his best friend, or the Priestess.
