Author’s POV

I stood there frozen, unable to move.

My heart was beating so fast I was almost scared I would pass out. I could hear my own heartbeat in my ears, and for a moment, I forgot how to breathe.

And Vance didn’t make it any easier.

He closed the distance between us and claimed my lips.

I didn’t resist. I didn’t fight him.

Instead, I opened up to him, and somehow, all the anger and frustration I had been carrying disappeared the moment our lips met.

I let him kiss me, let him explore my

  • The Luna They Buried    ALPHA BLACK’S HATRED

STILL AT ALPHA BLACK’S PACK Author's POV“He doesn’t have to know.”Leah rolled her eyes as she walked into the room, completely at ease even though she had just entered Alpha Black’s private quarters. She reached for the pure black jacket she had been wearing as a disguise and pulled it off, tossing it carelessly onto a nearby chair. She had spent days watching Vance and Zelda together.Watching them laugh.Watching Vance look at Zelda with that softness in his eyes. And worst of all, watching them act all lovey-dovey as if nothing else in the world mattered. It had driven her crazy. She had finally found the perfect opportunity to leave when Vance and Zelda were having dinner together that evening. That alone had made her blood boil enough to decide she’d had enough.“Won’t my dear friend find out you are missing?” Alpha Black asked as he closed and locked the door behind her.Leah turned toward him with a bitter smile.“Don’t worry. He is too busy with his human.”The bitterness in

  • The Luna They Buried    THE TRUE ALPHA BLACK

FAR AWAY IN ALPHA BLACK’S PACKAuthor’s POVAlpha Black was seated comfortably on his couch, surrounded by scantily dressed girls. One was pressed against his side, kissing his neck, while another lazily stroked his chest. The others played with his hair and whispered among themselves, their soft giggles filling the room.Alpha Black seemed completely at ease, enjoying the attention.Just then, the door opened. His Beta stood by the entrance, his expression unusually serious. With just one look at him, Alpha Black knew something was up.He sighed, slowly pushing one of the girls away from him.“Keep yourselves busy, girls. I’ll be back shortly.”He stood, buttoning his shirt as he walked toward the door. Before leaving, he wiped his lips clean, removing the faint smear of lipstick that had been left there. The moment he stepped out, the girls burst into giggles again, some of them even turning their attention to each other.Alpha Black paid them no mind.He strode straight to his offi

  • The Luna They Buried    Zelda’s Confession

Zelda’s POV“I am not going back to the human world.”Those were the first words I blurted out the moment I caught sight of Mia.Mia turned sharply to look at me, her brows furrowing in confusion. “What do you mean, girlfriend?” she asked, giving me a questioning look.“Well…” I started as I walked over and dropped onto her couch. I had walked so fast just to find her that I was still trying to catch my breath. There was so much I wanted to tell her, and for some reason, I couldn’t wait another second.“I have decided to stay back here.” I smiled, trying to act like it was the most normal decision in the world. “I mean, here isn’t that bad. And you are here too.”Mia slowly raised one of her brows.“Now what exactly is going on, Zee?” she asked suspiciously. “You moved back to the Alpha’s quarters, and then suddenly you think this place isn’t so bad? You hate this place, remember?”Of course I remembered.I knew exactly how much I had hated being here—the strange rules, the wolves, th

  • The Luna They Buried    War Against Zelda

Author's POVThe message had gotten to Leah. There was no need to keep pretending anymore. And as if that wasn’t enough, she had also received the news that Zelda was moving back with the Alpha. That was definitely not the news she had expected to hear after spending days lying in that hospital bed, pretending she could die at any minute.“I just can’t believe it,” Leah swore as she finally walked out of the hospital.“I will miss you,” the doctor said as he hugged her from behind.“I’m just a few steps away. Why are you acting like I’m leaving the pack?” Leah asked softly, turning slightly to look at him.“It’s not the same. You know how long I’ve been wanting to share a bed with you,” he said, pecking her cheek.Leah giggled.Memories from the past few days rushed back, and a satisfied smile slowly spread across her face. It had almost felt like a mini vacation for her. She had gotten to stay in the hospital, receive all the attention she wanted, and, most importantly, keep everyone

  • The Luna They Buried    The Unexpected

Author’s POV“Move back in with me,” Vance said. And that was it.Zelda’s things were moved down to Vance’s quarters that same day. They left the office hand in hand, of course, although Vance had to let go of her hand several times because he kept trying to pull her closer. Some of her clothes were missing, so Jerry had to bring the rest of them over later, especially the ones Vance had ruined earlier.“People are watching,” Zelda whispered shyly when Vance’s hand left hers and moved to her waist. He glanced around and smiled like he couldn’t care less about the eyes following them.“Let them,” he said, tightening his hold around her waist. And yes, people were really watching. The news traveled from one side of the pack to the other within minutes. By the time they reached Jonathan’s table, everyone already knew.Zelda was back in the Alpha’s quarters.Jonathan wasn’t happy about it.The whiskey cup in his hand flew across the room and shattered against the wall. Every servant withi

My chest rose and fell as I tried to catch my breath, while Vance stared at me for a moment before looking away.“I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have done that,” he said quietly.I said nothing.“I’ll talk to Kiara,” he continued, his eyes avoiding mine. “And as for your request to go back to your world, I have already spoken to the elders about it.
