I woke up in a panic, the sun streaming through my window. I tossed the blankets off me and ran out of the room, heading straight for Xander’s office, not even caring that I was still in my pajamas. I didn’t know what to make of what I just saw but something was telling me I needed to find him as soon as possible.

Without knocking, I threw open his office door to find him, Micah, and Liam with identical somber expressions.

This wasn’t good.

Xander stood up from behind his desk and walked over to stand in front of me. “Raina, are you okay?”

I ignored his question.. “What’s going on? What happened?”

“Take a seat,” he said to me before looking at Micah and Liam. “Get a group of warriors ready.”

With a nod, they both left the office. Xander walked behind his desk and sat back in his chair while I took one across from him. I knew what he was going to say before he even opened his mouth.

“There was a massive rogue attack last night on the Blue Moon Pack.” I watched as he ran his fing

I was freshly showered and ready to join the boys. I was waiting for Xander in my room, fully dressed in all black. I had a simple black shirt on, black leather pants, and laced up boots. I was ready to kick ass.A minute after I finished lacing my boots up, I heard a knock on my door. I opened it to my mate, freshly washed and smelling delightful. His outfit was similar to mine: black t-shirt, black cargo pants, and boots. He looked deadly as sin, but so so delicious.“You look like you’re ready to battle again,” he said, amusement shining in those brilliant silver eyes.“I am,” I retorted. “I’m ready to go interrogate the rogue.”“Raina,” he breathed, running a hand through his damp hair. “I don’t know if that’s a good idea. Killing is one thing, but torturing? That’s a whole other game.”“But I want to play,” I pouted. He shook his head in exasperation but I knew I’d won.……………………………………..We were walking down a hallway of the dungeons, Xander leading me to the interrogation room th

I held on for dear life as Storm tore through the forest, running at top speed. The border was only a few miles away from where we parked and I knew we’d arrived when the group of fighting wolves came into view.Fifty rogues were fighting against twenty warriors. The odds weren’t great but Xander’s men were trained well and held their own. There were dead bodies already strewn on the ground, the majority of them rogues. I could tell the difference between wolves by the smell and dirty look of the rogues. Their fur was matted and smelled like garbage. To say it was unpleasant was an understatement. When we were just feet away from the fight, I slowly stood up on Storm’s back, calling on wind to help keep my balance. With a bend to my knees, I launched myself into the air, flipping before landing on my feet. Xander and Storm looked back at me, checking to make sure I was okay, when I flung my dagger, sinking it right into the eye of a rogue. I flashed him a cheeky grin before running t

I was seated in my office, listening to the elders around me. While my body was here, my mind was on the training field with Raina. I hated to miss her lesson today but this meeting with the elders couldn’t be delayed. Her and I both wanted answers to the visions and this seemed like the right place to start.“Visions are not very common in wolves, Alpha,” said Elder Brooks. He was one of my favorites, a kind man but also very fair. His brown eyes still shone with youth but his even darker hair was starting to grey, yet you’d still never be able to tell he was in his mid seventies. Werewolf aging was slower than that of humans and we lived a lot longer. “I’ve read all the books in the pack library and they all just say they’re a gift from the goddess.”I nodded along, already knowing that small bit of information. “Yes I’ve heard that but I’m looking for something more. Something we all don’t already know. Are you sure there isn’t a text hiding somewhere that might give us more answer

I cried out his name as wave after wave of pleasure took over as my body trembled, reaching that apex of release I so desperately needed. My eyes rolled to the back of my head as my nails dug into his scalp. The feeling spread to every finger and toe as stars burst behind my eyes, my mind utterly blank except for the pleasure vibrating throughout me.Xander let out a growl, the sound so loud it shook the trees. He still rocked my hips back and forth but slowly now, letting me ride out my orgasm. My chest heaved and limbs shook as I felt my body become limp, collapsing in his arms.“Goddess, you are absolutely stunning when you come,” he said, wrapping his arms around me and holding me close. I hid my head in the crook of his neck, inhaling his intoxicating scent.“Did you…” I couldn’t finish my sentence, my breaths still coming out as pants.“In my pants like a damned teenager,” he chuckled. Goddess, I loved the sound of his laugh.“That was… wow.” I was at a loss for words. "I didn't

“I want that too,” I said, my decision decided and I found myself confident in my choice. I deserved to explore the possibility of trusting my mate enough to not have to hide. I was so tired of the lies and deceits but one step at a time would be the safest route.I couldn’t deny how I felt about him nor did I want to.The smile that came over his face took my breath away. He was so beautiful with his sparkling silver eyes and wide smile. He looked truly and utterly happy. Knowing I was the reason filled my whole being with light and warmth. It was physically painful keeping so much from the man who’s supposed to be my mate - the other half of me - but the safety of Xander was more important. While I wasn’t ready to share every thought and secret, I could try to let him in bit by bit. He deserved that much and more.He slowly leaned in, testing my reaction. When I didn’t pull away, his lips met mine in a sweet and soft kiss. I felt my toes curling in my shoes as his full lips slowly

“Alright I think we’ve walked long enough. Ready to hop on Storm’s back?”We'd been walking through the thick forest for close to an hour now and I was looking forward to letting my legs rest except I’d never ridden on a wolf's back before and was slightly nervous. Most children get to take rides on their fathers wolves but with Weather and I being born together, I never had a reason to. But I trusted Xander and Storm. There was no one else who’s back I’d want to ride on.“I’m ready,” I said, my voice betraying my nerves.Xander’s eyes flashed bright silver before he started taking his shirt off. I felt my eyes go wide as Weather and I took in every single detail of our mates chest and abs. He was built like a God, so strong and sturdy. I wanted to run my tongue along every ridge on that beautiful body. I felt warmth fill my whole body before settling in my lower belly and between my legs. When he went for the belt on his pants, I felt my face flame. I hurriedly turned around, causing
