Ivanna's POV

I woke up with a throbbing headache. My eyelids were heavy. I tried to open my eyes, but I couldn’t. What the heck is going on! Why do I feel this way?

“Ivanna,” I heard someone's voice. It was faint. “Please, wake up.”

Is someone calling me? Was that my name? “Ivanna,” I heard the voice again.

I slowly opened my eyes.

“Thank goodness you are awake. How are you feeling?”

My head was hurting. It hurts like hell.

“Ahha,” I screamed out. The pain was too much for me to bare. I easily let my wolf take control of my body.

“Are you okay, child?” A familiar voice asked me. I looked up and peered at the worried face of Ace’s mother. Why am I still alive? Why am I not dead?

“Don’t touch me,” Moon growled at her. “Where is he? Where is my mate?”

“I want you to calm down, Ivanna,” she said.

She turned around and smirked. “I’m different from the native Ivanna. I will ask you again: Where is my mate? Where have you taken him?”

“Look here…” His father began. “I know you are
