Author’s POV

The air around the clearing was still, heavy with the scent of pine and damp earth. The moon was half-hidden behind drifting clouds, casting faint silver light over the pack’s temporary resting ground. Nightshade sat with Evelyn on a flat rock near the edge of the trees, both of them deep in thought. The forest felt too quiet. It was the kind of silence that made warriors restless, the kind that suggested something was hiding in the shadows.

Two warriors approached them, their boots crunching lightly on the dry leaves scattered on the ground. They moved with the stiff posture of men who carried heavy news.

“We’ve checked everywhere,” one of them said, bowing his head slightly as a sign of respect. His voice carried a mixture of frustration and weariness. “Nothing was there. No tracks, no scent. Just empty ground.”

Nightshade leaned back a little, his eyes narrowing. He did not answer right away. Instead, he watched the man carefully, trying to decide whether he had missed

Sofia’s POV. “Adam? What are you doing here?” I asked in surprise the moment I saw him standing at the side of the palace courtyard. The celebration was still going strong. Music, laughter, and the clinking of glasses filled the night air. The moonlight reflected on the silver decorations, making everything look almost magical. But seeing Adam here caught me completely off guard.I quickly grabbed his arm and pulled him toward the back of the palace where no one could see us. “You shouldn’t just walk in like that,” I whispered sharply. “People will start asking questions.”He chuckled softly, his deep voice carrying a hint of amusement. “Oh, look at the princess,” he said teasingly. “You look so beautiful tonight.”I rolled my eyes. “Stop it, Adam. I’m serious. What are you doing here?”He smiled in that calm, confident way he always did. “Did you forget who I am? I’m an Alpha too, Sofia. Of course I have every reason to be here.”I frowned, still confused. “That’s not what I mean. Y

Sofia’s POVThe palace looked brighter than ever. Music floated through the air, laughter echoed down the halls, and the scent of fresh roses filled every corner. The whole place felt alive. But while everyone celebrated, I wasn’t in the mood to smile. My thoughts were elsewhere.I walked quietly down the long hallway toward Vivian’s room. I hadn’t seen her since she gave birth, and even though we didn’t get along, something inside me wanted to look at the baby—just once. Maybe curiosity, maybe jealousy. I wasn’t sure.As I walked past the stairway, a sharp voice made me stop.“Why did you allow her to give birth?”I froze immediately. The voice sounded familiar. Slowly, I turned and followed the sound. It was coming from the kitchen area.My heart began to race when I realized who it was—Grandma.I tiptoed closer, careful not to make any sound. I peeked through the doorway, and there she was, standing near the counter with her phone pressed to her ear. Her face looked tense, her voic

Luca’s POV“Thank you so much, everyone. I really appreciate the fact that most of you came to see my Luna after she gave birth,” I said, smiling warmly as I stood at the palace entrance. My voice echoed through the large golden hall, filled with laughter, movement, and the scent of celebration. The air was alive with joy. For the first time in months, my pack’s palace didn’t feel heavy or tense—it felt like home again.I looked around and saw familiar faces—Alphas and Lunas from packs, some of whom I hadn’t seen in years. They came with their guards, carrying gifts wrapped in silver cloth and golden ribbons. My heart swelled with pride and happiness. My Luna had just given birth to our first child. The news had spread quickly across the werewolf lands, and Alphas from every direction had come to pay their respects.“Congratulations!” Alpha Knight said as he entered the palace with his Luna by his side.I smiled and stepped forward to hug him. “Thank you, Knight. It means a lot that

Sofia’s POVFaith touched me, and I looked back immediately.“Oh, it was you! Where have you been?” I asked, my hand still over my chest.“Nothing much,” she said with a small smile. “I’ve been busy, my Luna. Did you hear? Luna has been put to bed.”“Wow, that’s so fast,” I said, turning to face her fully. “I didn’t think it would happen so soon.”Faith nodded quickly. “Yes, it happened just a few hours ago. Everyone’s talking about it. The healer said she gave birth safely, and both she and the baby are doing fine.”I stared at her for a second, trying to take it all in. “That’s… that’s really good news,” I said finally. “I’m glad she’s fine.”Faith smiled wider, her eyes sparkling. “It’s a boy, you know. They say he looks just like the Alpha.”I let out a small laugh. “Really? Then I’m sure he’ll grow up to be strong and stubborn.”Faith chuckled. “Just like his father,” she added. We both laughed quietly, but even as I smiled, a strange feeling rested in my chest. It wasn’t sadness

Luca’s POVI stood there watching them with my arms crossed. For the first time in a long while, I felt a quiet sense of pride. They were finally improving. Their movements were sharper, their focus stronger. Every punch and kick carried purpose now.“I love what I’m seeing,” I said with a small smile. “Keep it up!”My voice carried across the field, and the warriors straightened with renewed energy. “Yes, Alpha!” they shouted back in unison before returning to their training. It was a good sight — something I had been waiting to see for weeks. After so many failures, they were finally learning. Damon had done a great job pushing them beyond their limits. His methods were harsh, but they worked.Damon stood nearby, watching two warriors spar. His sharp eyes missed nothing. Whenever one of them made a mistake, his voice would thunder through the air, correcting them immediately.“Don’t lower your guard!” he barked. “Your enemy won’t wait for you to catch your breath!”I nodded silently

  • The Luna's Last Stand: Betrayed and Rejected   Chapter 152

Luca’s POVI could feel the anger burning inside me. I had watched the warrior train for days, and all I saw was weakness. These were supposed to be my men — warriors of my pack, defenders but they moved like cubs who had never fought before."I don’t understand what you warriors are doing!" I shouted, my voice echoing through the field. The sound carried across the open ground, making even the birds fly away from the nearby trees. My chest rose and fell fast as I stared at them one by one. No one dared to look at me. Their eyes stayed fixed on the dirt, afraid of what I might say next.I took a few steps forward, my boots crunching against the dry soil. “If you can’t fight the pack that keeps attacking us, then why are you even warriors?” I growled. “Tell me, what use are you if you can’t protect your people, your families, your Alpha?”Still, no one spoke. I could feel my wolf, Rhen, pushing inside me, angry and restless. He wanted to show them what real strength looked like. But I
