Georgina Sinclair's POV:

The day passes quietly.

I stay inside my room for the whole day. The curtains are partially drawn in the morning and allowing the sunlight to enter my room. The outside world continues as if nothing were happening. But my thoughts are taking over my mind.

Mica brought me breakfast earlier. It has soup, rice, eggs and a few sliced fruits on the side. She didn't say much. She just placed the tray on my bedside table and gave me a small smile before quietly walked out.

Ver visits more often. She updates me on those in the pack who are still loyal to me. She tells me who has been asking questions, who is willing to speak on my behalf when the time comes and who is already started making plans to leave with me.

But even that news doesn't feel like a victory right now.

My phone then chimes beside me. It's another text from Marius.

(Have you eaten yet?)

I stare at it for a while before typing back a reply.

'Yes. Earlier.'

A few seconds later, there's another messag

  • The Luna's Redemption   Legally

Georgina Sinclair's POV:Marius's office curtains let in a gentle stream of morning sunlight. Marius stood by the window while took a seat in one of the armchairs. He had been silent for a while now and reading over the reports he had gathered. But soon, he let out a sigh and looked at me."I have the full report now. And I'm afraid that bastard wasn't lying."My brow furrowed. "What do you mean?" I asked. He came closer before putting the thick folder on the table between us. Then he crouched down so that his sharp gaze met mine directly."That bastard was telling the truth." Marius sneered."Please tell me about it." I said despite the unease curling in my stomach."Are you sure about it?" he asked."Yes. I think I also have the right to know everything since they keep on dragging me into their mess."Marius soon nodded and began recounting the report in detail."After that Beta gave birth, the truth about the child's parentage became impossible to hide. The moment the healers laid

  • The Luna's Redemption   Pathetic

Georgina Sinclair's POV:Ryan curled up on the ground while still holding onto his side where Marius's kick had landed. He breathed raggedly and shallowly. The venom was still in his eyes although the pain was obvious in his body."You really have no shame in coming here, do you?" Marius sharply growled. Before I could say anything, Marius's boot came down hard again and striking the same injured spot.Ryan's scream tore through the courtyard. It was loud enough to make the omegas flinch behind me. The sound was sickening, but... Heavens, it was satisfying to hear. My fists clenched at my sides as I watched him writhe. The rage from his earlier words still burning hot in my chest. He had insulted me. Marius. Everything I had been through. And for that, a small part of me wanted him to feel every ounce of pain I had endured under his so-called leadership and as his so-called mate."Pathetic." Marius angrily spat. As if to assure me that I wasn't alone, Marius lightly touched my arm i

  • The Luna's Redemption   Cracked

Georgina Sinclair's POV:The morning light was making the whole mansion looked brighter. Marius left early because he had an important meeting this morning. But before he left, Marius promise to take me out to lunch. After I finished my morning tea, one of Marius' Betas approached me. "Lady Georgina..." he cautiously began before bowing slightly. "Alpha Ryan is outside again."My entire body went rigid at his words. I set the teacup down carefully even though my hands trembled with irritation. "Ryan?" I repeated. The Beta nodded grimly. "Yes. He's been standing outside the gates for nearly an hour now and shouting for you. He refuses to leave."I sighed deeply and exhaustedly. He was well aware that it was risky and suicidal to enter Marius's territory once more. But here he was again, yelling at the gates like a crazy person. At first, I wanted to ignore his presence and let him yell until the sun set over his stubborn head. My time was no longer worth him.But his voice was getti

  • The Luna's Redemption   Massage

Georgina Sinclair's POV:I lay sprawled across Marius's huge bed. I put my cheek on his pillow before letting out a little sigh when his strong hands relieved the tension in my back. Each stroke was firm and relaxing. His thumbs were busy tracing slow circles on my shoulders."You know..." I murmured. "I think I could get used to it.""I told you I would give you that massage earlier. I always keep my promises to you.""You did promise." I admitted while smiling to myself. "Although you didn't tell me it would feel this good.""That's because I enjoy spoiling you." The room fell silent for a moment after that."Georgina..." Marius called while his hands paused briefly before resuming their soothing motion. "Hmm?""Alisa and I first met when she applied for a position at my company." Marius suddenly said. "She was smart and had a natural charm that attracted people to collaborate with her. I quickly recognized her abilities. So a few months later, I promoted her as our manager."I li

  • The Luna's Redemption   Alisa

Georgina Sinclair's POV:Marius was about to lead us to the living room when Alisa suddenly called him out."Aren't you going to introduce me to the lady beside you, Alpha Marius?"I got chills the way she said it. But Marius made a snap decision before I could react. Grasping my waist with one arm, he drew me on his side. "This is Georgina Sinclair." Marius said in an authority that left no room for doubt.Alisa's perfectly arched brows raised a little but Marius continued before she could say a word."She is my girlfriend." he proudly declared. "And soon-to-be Luna of my pack."Marius's open declaration of his love for me especially in front of someone like Alisa made my heart race even though I already knew how much he cared.Alisa's lips parted for a moment. Her composure slipping before she recovered with an incredulous laugh. "Luna?" she slowly echoed. There was something calculating in the way Alisa looked at me now. But her perfect smile never faltered."Yes." Marius said i

  • The Luna's Redemption   Late Guest

Georgina Sinclair's POV:The kitchen smelled of herbs and spices. I slowly stirred the pot while Lydia peeled the potatoes. The boiling water, clinking silverware and steady chop of knives made a calm and soothing sound around us."You should go to you room and rest, Lady Georgina. I will call you when dinner is ready." Lydia kindly said."I could do that. But I do not want to. I just need to do something, Lydia." I said and tied my hair loosely in a knot to keep it from falling forward. "Also, don't be like Marius. He's been trying to make me sit still all day."Lydia chuckled before putting the potatoes on the counter. "He only wants to take care of you.""I know." I admitted with a soft laugh. "But he doesn't realize that keeping me still makes me restless. After staring at documents for hours, I need to move."My smile faltered slightly as my mind drifted to those very documents. For the past several days, I'd been sorting through the mountain of paperwork tied to my businesses.
