Chapter Eleven

“So where’s the note now?” Fred asked.

“It should be around there my king…” He said, pointing to where he sat during the meeting.

A guard motioned to go check the book out where he sat, but he was stopped by Fred.

“Hey! To w here ? ” Fred asked, stopping the guard

“I was about to check out the seat My Lord …” the guard said, bowing in honor

‘That’s not yours to decide …” he said, “Get back to your duty post and await my order now” he snarled as the guard ran back to the throne path where he was assigned to.

“Go get it dude” Fred smirked. Ricardo the Pack counselor hurried to the seat, where he forgot the book, but he was surprised to only see an empty space, a signal to him that the note wasn’t there.

“So, what’s wrong my friend?” Fred asked, approaching Ricardo who was fidgeting.
