Zira’s POV

The days passed swiftly and soon, it was time for the Socialite Charity Ball. Unlike every other ball that had been held in Eliza.

This was starting from early in the morning, in fact, we had made it start from as early as seven in the morning.

I had three outfits planned for the day and the first one was a matching pair with Ronan.

The knee-length white dress fell like waves around me.

However, every wave of it was lined with gold making it a mix of the two colours.

It also had golden flowers embroidered on it. It was beautiful and regal in every way.

“You look like an empress from ancient times,” Laura commented with bright eyes.

Like all the girls, they were all dressed delicately and beautifully. I had given them day offs and they had instead insisted on getting invitations to the ball.

I knew they were doing it so they could assist me and like everyone that worked in the palace, they were going to have two days off after the ball.
