153. Weight over

ASHER'S POV.

I feel like I've been carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders. The exhaustion of the past few weeks has finally caught up with me, leaving me feeling like a shadow of my former self. My mind is foggy and my thoughts are jumbled, making even the simplest tasks feel like a Herculean effort.

I used to enjoy the simple things in life - a good meal, a warm shower, a book by the fire. But now, even these small pleasures have lost their appeal. My taste buds have dulled, and I can barely distinguish between flavors. The warmth of the water in the shower does little to soothe my aching muscles, and I find myself wanting to crawl back into bed instead.

The world seems to be moving in slow motion, while I am stuck in quicksand. My mind is constantly racing, yet I feel like I am not making any progress. I can barely remember the last time I felt truly rested, truly at peace.
