'My father is screwed.' That was her last thought when she fell unconscious. 'He shouldn't have cornered me like this. Serves him right.' When Laylin awoke from her sleep, her instant thought was to curse herself for falling asleep. She had been awake when he had probed her before leaving the bed. Also when he had laid his dirty paws on her and smudged his saliva on her (kissed her) before leaving. She pretended to sleep, she was too mortified to do anything or even meet his eyes after last night. He had probably known but left quietly anyway. She winced when the sunlight burned her eyes and then she smirked before bubbling laugh left her bruised lips. "Ha... haha! Sucks to be him." Her father will fume once he hears. Oh, what a sight it will be! Her body was sore but a sick satisfaction settled in her heart. She carefully sat up on the bed. She was ruined. Her life was over. She was the King's whore. In times like these, she desperately wished her mother had returned to Sarang T

Another thing is that I’m grateful for the time you are spending in reading my creation. It’s my first time writing anything and I hope that you enjoy reading it as I have enjoyed writing it.
With the door to the bathroom open the temperature rose several degrees and it wasn't freezing cold out of the room anymore. Getting off the table, she looked through his stuff and found an intricately sculpted glass swan. Mesmerized, she stared at the piece before pushing it off in a rage. ‘CRASH’ The cries of the marvelous piece were exasperatingly mournful. Standing close to it with her chin up in the air she waited for someone to barge in so she could vent but nobody did even after several seconds passed. Tears brimmed in her eyes. It infuriated her even more. She wanted to shout, tear her hair out thinking about the horrible, shameless things people will be saying about her right now. She raised her hand and released her aura. One after another she dropped everything that she could lay her eyes on. With a furious ache, she trashed his beloved room. After a while, she was sobbing on the cold hard floor with everything in the King’s chamber trashed. The once glorious place was
“I’ll leave now. When I come back I want everything eaten or serve me tonight too.” She trembled in rage with his obscene demand. “Oh, and don’t get in the way of the servants.” Her breath was ragged as she debated her next move. It was physically hurt her to not use her aura on him to get her revenge but looking at him leaving, alarmed her. She was quick on her feet as she ran behind him barefoot. “Where is Eloise?” She called out to him desperately, grabbing his arm “Eloise… that servant?” She held her breath as he craned his head with a taunting smirk. “That’s an interesting question. Let’s see… she’s out of our hair, for sure.” Her breath hitched. Out of hair? What does that mean, was she perhaps dead?! “You- You promised!” She exclaimed, barely holding her tears in. “Do you have no blood or tears left?!” He turned around and his cold eyes skimmed over her messy but neat appearance. She was just as delectable as she was the night before. Her enchanting blue eyes seduced him
As expected of her she sat by the window as the maids swept the room silently grumbling and sneering at her. When they called out to her, she pretended not to hear. ‘What good would come out of it anyway?’ The only reason she wasn’t wailing with her head buried in the blanket was because It reeked of him, like everything else in this room. She had tried to leave but the guards stationed outside were persistent in keeping her here per the King’s order. She didn’t cause a ruckus as it would reduce her chances of seeing Eloise one last time. Every one of them left one after another as she relaxed her posture but a voice alerted her. “Princess.” Curiously, Laylin turned her head at the familiar voice, lifting her head and crumbling her dress under the table. Her eyes widened and her hands shook as she recognized the person very well. “Princess Laylin.” Agatha deeply bowed, before sinking to her knees in front of her. She extended her hand and Laylin's eyes fell on the gleaming famili
With a sigh, she slumped down on the bed. One thing was clear. King was just as much a vermin as any other. Sayo was apparently Sayon’s brother. Sayo was a demon which made Sayon a demon too or at least a half-breed. It just infuriated her further. The law here was twisted to suit those in power. But it also meant the King didn’t personally harbor resentment against these minorities. Eloise, at least, won’t be a victim of hate crime. As her despair set in, she thought she should get something to eat. Who knows what she will have to face once he returns? She needed to gather her strength. After all, she couldn’t afford to show signs of her fatigue. Immediately she moved to grab the food the maids had changed twice, setting some out on a plate and placing it on the table. She only chose light food she thought she could stomach. While she knew she needed to eat more, she couldn’t find it in herself to swallow any further after the hectic day she had. Despite not being hungry, she sho
“The Ehanian Princess isn’t human.” He paused to give Ambrose enough time to come to terms with he shock, but the King seemed unfazed. “…But then again, you probably already know,” Sayo muttered. Ambrose thought profusely of the whole thing and he was sure there was something more amiss about the girl than his blood-poison that was running through her veins. Honestly, he had expected her body to refute the intrusion and for her to die but she didn’t even look like she was in pain. Jerking his head, he turned to the demon who was bound on his knees with iron chains. The demon smirked in derision despite the metal scalding his flesh, “You must have thought I was jesting when I warned you.” The King calmly said. Sayo bowed his deeply to the half-demon in front of him with a flushed face out of pain and strain. With his skin scalded and blisters ripped, he looked horrible. The last few hours had been hell for him, but he still held on to the hope that it will be over soon. He was ri
“Do you wish to see your servant or not? I’m short of time and the shifts are about to change.” Laylin jerked up straight with her mouth gaping. She had assumed he would come up with an excuse after what her ex-governess said. She had assumed Eloise was dead and was planning to torment the King by pestering him. “Are you taking me there right now?” She carefully asked, looking out of the window. It was dark outside, almost midnight. He was staring at her with a mix of strange emotions, feeling queasy. She turned her head away. He was curious about the nightmare she had but when she seemed this reluctant to let him dwell on it, he decided to ask her later. Laylin too didn't wish to relive it again. She was scared and the worst part was she couldn't recall what she was afraid of or what she saw. He gave a nod, looking away from her beaming smile. “From what I know, she’s planning to leave the capital. You only have tonight.” “I-is that so?” she asked slowly, her head turning jerkil
