Doctor's Tests

Sophia’s POV

Lars came over to me, putting a hand on my shoulder. I flinched at his touch.

“Soph, you're ok. They won’t hurt you anymore.” He said, trying to comfort me. I know he did nothing to me and that the guys that did are now dead, but I couldn’t help it.

“Soph, you need to be stronger. You are stronger than this. Look at what you just survived. We can do this. I have your back.” Bria chimed in my head. I knew what she was saying was right, but we had just got out there and I wasn’t ready to be strong yet.

“What did they do to you Soph?” He whispered to me.

“I’m not ready yet, Lars. I can’t. Three months. It took you all three months to come and find me. But what I don’t understand is why you came for me?” I was struggling to keep my anger down.

“But Soph, we were looking for you this entire time. There were no leads. It was King Asher that came across a rogue who had seen you.” So there was one missing. How could we be so stupid? This asshole needed to die, as well. The faces
