The entire time during breakfast, Kasper watched everything that I did. He still didn’t believe that I went to see my parent’s graves.

“Did you set the date for your wedding?” Jason cleared his throat, looking at Kasper and then me.

I exhale heavily, putting a smile on my face.

“Well, we have been thinking of dates. Maybe just push it a few more weeks?” I suggested knowing too well there’s something that I wish to know first before I decide to get married to my ‘mate’.

“Why the delay? I thought you have already completed your mate bonding?” Jason turned to me with a curious look on his face.

“Yes. I am perfectly fine. I was just thinking since Kasper has a lot of work and he might still need to go back to his pack, we should probably wait for some time.” As he nodded his head, I faked a smile again.
