-Roman- It was dark when I opened my eyes, having fallen half asleep, but when my mate let out a little groan, she woke me. I was sitting on a chair by the bed, resting my head in my hand. -Anastasia- He didn’t get it… No one got it. How could they? They had not been through the same as me… I had been groggy and confused when I woke up. This was a very bad episode. -Anastasia- When I woke up the next morning, I truly felt so much better. I felt stronger, almost, which was very weird. Why would I feel stronger than normal? But then I heard someone sigh behind me. I looked over my shoulder, seeing Roman lying behind me. So that was why I was feeling better? He had finally decided to climb into bed with me, and it was making me feel a lot better. He was making me stronger, I had realized. Was it the mate bond? -Roman- I had enjoyed my run with my little mate a lot. Ana had teased me and tried to outrun me, but I had caught her in the end and I had finally gotten a chance to taste her. -Roman- Anastasia’s uncle was not very thrilled about me, because I was taking away what he considered his daughter, but he quickly warmed up to me when he continued to make me promise I would take good care of her, and when he heard how well I had taken care of her after she had her two episodes.
