Chapter 36: Rescuing Him

I was on the ground, bleeding and completely beaten up. I had tried nothing like it before. I had fought before. I had had my ass kicked, and I had been close to death, but this just seemed personal, and so the pain was different. I was unsure how many had attacked me, but the smell of lycan filled the room, so I knew it was no small wolves who had come after me. I had been able to take down one of them and he laid on the ground not far from me, but the others were standing above me, and I was unsure why they had stopped kicking me. Soon the door opened, and I saw nice shoes coming my way. I was able to keep my eyes open enough to slowly let them wander up the body, and seeing Daphne’s father in front of me.

“You have made a lot of problems for me,” he accused.

I tried speaking, but I just coughed up blood.

“I need to have you removed so I can take home my daughter.”
