The lawyer seemed to be tied, as all he did was take a bow and return to his seat.

Both Hunter and my lawyer stood in front of the judge arguing for so long. And with the way things were going, it was sure that I would lose the case. I turned to look at Hunter, with the hopes that he was going to stop the charade.

But no, he just sat there smiling at himself, and enjoying watching everything unfold just as he had planned.

A tear escaped from my eyes, I had been crying so much that I already had dark bags under my eyes, with my eyes becoming all watery and pepperish. I could only wonder what I looked like. I signaled for my lawyer to come, there was no doubt that he was putting in his best and was not part of their plan.

"Can you please convince the judge to get an injury test done" I whispered to the lawyer, who put forth my idea to the judge. The judge quickly looked at Hunter and his father, they must have given him some kind of signal. As he quickly averted his eyes from them, the fact that he was staring at them was barely noticeable.

"I am afraid, but that will not be necessary. We don't want to waste the Court's time" the judge outrightly refused my request.

I looked at my sister, begging her with my eyes, she should be able to say something. I swear if she defends me, I will go very far away from her and Hunter. I will let them have their peace, I will no longer be a part of their lives, which I pray to become miserable. When I saw that she had no plans whatsoever to defend me, or say something that could at least make things better for me

"Can my stepsister testify on my behalf?" I blurted out.

She looked at me, as if she just caught me digging her grave or something

"Will that be okay?" Hunter's lawyer turned to ask my sister, who aggressively shook her head as a no.

"Moving further…" the lawyer continued to talk.

I bowed my head in shame, I guess this was the end for me. There was no going back.

I still struggled within myself to believe that all my requests were dismissed one by one. Both my stepsister and the rest of Ian's family just sat in the gallery, impatiently waiting for the results. To humiliate me in public, he even announced in court that he was refusing to be my mate and asked my stepsister to replace me. He couldn't even wait for them to take me away from there, I felt like my ears were going to bleed. I struggled as I kept hearing a disturbing sounds in my head. It took a whole lot of control not to pounce on him, and scratch his face with my nails, until it would become more than difficult to recognize him.

"The court finds her guilty" The judge gave his final verdict. Seriously? The court or his bank account finds me guilty.

I looked at Hunter, as I was being hammered with my punishments.

I was powerless to struggle, and finally had to bow my head and admit my guilt.

The judge also handed down a verdict, ruling that I was banished from the pack for four years and had to be sent to a werewolf correctional facility or a shelter that takes those "spoiled werewolves" in and tries to bring us a "new life". It sounded more than pathetic to me, because if there was anyone who needed a new life.

That person has to be Hunter and no one else. He has ruined everything for me. He took everything, my peace of mind and my freedom, which turned out to be the only thing I had left.

After spending a week in police custody, because I was told that the van, which was to take me to the correctional center had gotten lost in the forest.

I knew it was all a lie, I'm sure Hunter's father must have paid enough money to have me kept there, so I will suffer some more.

The so-called van finally arrived late at night. I got into the van, more like I was dragged into the van like a m*rderer.

The road was smooth, and the journey was quite enjoyable, since I couldn't remember the last time I breathed fresh air.

Then the van suddenly stopped, when we approached a black jeep.

I tried to take a peep, and find out what was going on but all my efforts were a waste.

But my ears didn't lie, it was Hunter, but what was he telling them to do to me.

"I want her to arrive there as soon as possible, that is why I have come to take her myself" I heard him say.

None of the officers dared to say a word to him after that. The next thing I heard was the door opening.

I had already begun to crawl backwards, but who was I kidding there was nowhere for me to run to. He has already sent me to a correctional center, so what else does he want from me?

"Nice to meet you again, my mate!!" He let out an evil laugh.

KEISHA POVMy heart beat increased as I made my way to the ward. He was lying down, staring at me like I was a stranger. At first, I thought it was a joke, but the look in his eyes says otherwise. “Tyler, you don't remember me?” I ask slowly. “Am I supposed to know you?” he asked. The door opened, and I turned back to see the doctor.“What's going on? "How come he doesn't remember me?” I ask. “I am sorry, Mrs Lorenzo, he has developed amnesia. We got to know he had a brain injury when he gained consciousness. That's why I wanted you to come see me”, the doctor explained. “What can we do about that?” I ask. “He needs people really close to him and, seeing that he didn't react when he saw you, the two of you must not have been that close”, the doctor said, and I bit my lips, trying to suppress my pain. I walked out and quickly called my dad. He said he would be on his way. I sighed and rested my back on the door. He is awake now, but he doesn't remember anyone. I gather courage

BIANCA POVEverything is going according to plan, just one more plan to go and everything will end. I smile as I sip the drink in my hand, thinking of the look that will be on his face when he realizes everything is all fake. Ever since I made him trust me, he has never had time for the councils and will always cancel any meeting they try to have with him, insisting he doesn't need their help. He couldn't trust anyone, so he needed to rule the clan himself. Just for the main time. He got to know the ones he could trust. A knock on my door cut my thoughts off. HUNTER POVI was more than happy after the meeting I had with the company, and they seemed to be satisfied, seeing that I am more than capable of handling the contract. We finalized the deal and signed papers, then I left.I couldn't wait to go relay the news to Bianca since she is the brain behind how I got the contract. I knew she would be very useful to me. I never expected she would succumb early because if she had not, then she wouldn't be helping me out. The drive back to the clan took forever. I couldn't wait to get to my chamber and call her, then tell her how my day had gone. We finally got in, and the car stopped in front of my building. I got down and walked in with the guards trailing behind, but what I saw stopped me in my tracks. I couldn't believe my eyes, seeing Alpra standing far away from me, glaring at me with bloody eyes.
