When I returned to my room, I had told myself I was going to wait until I got home to ask my father, as I felt this wasn't something to be discussed over the phone, but I couldn’t wait. If there was a chance he was my brother, I had to know then. Plus, I couldn’t think of anything else, so I called him. At first, he didn't want to talk; he said we would talk when I got home, but to me, that was already an admission, and I grew more impatient. So, I forced him to talk, and he said the guy was my brother, and even though everything told me he was, I was still shocked.

I didn’t look like the woman I knew as my mother. I look like my father, but instead of black hair, I have blond hair.

My father told me my mother was a human. After he met his mate, he took me from my mother. He said he and my mother decided it was better that he raised me since my mother knew nothing about wolves. He told me she was also still living with her parents when she had me, and it
