Training was intense; it was more brutal than regular pack training. Maybe it was because every werewolf present was an Alpha, and no one wants to submit. It was against our instincts.

I fought about three Alphas per day for physical training; there was mental development that was not so much my forte, because I was not an overly expressive person. Emotional training was the one I hated the most, I hate talking about my emotions, especially since mother died.

When mother was alive, I was very open about my feeling, I was expressive because she was always there to listen, she was always there to talk back, but the moment she died, it was like she took a part of me with her, I miss her. So, I talked about her instead.

Emotional training involves us talking about people close to us; I had to pretend I had not found my mate to avoid talking about her when I barely knew anything about her. Every other Alpha’s in the room talked about their mate, I talked about my dead mother.
