The doors flew wide open and I felt my feet freeze in the tracks.

Jasper was sitting on the table, and on his lap was a girl who had just given a startled cry due to the loud banging of the doors.

But that was all the reaction she gave. Obviously, who would look at me when you could straddle his highness?

She had her legs thrown over either side of his and her back was facing me.

Her hair was long and reached her back but it did not hide the fact that she was wearing almost nothing.

When the door crashed open, the girl did not immediately react but she took her time as she got down from Jasper’s lap.

And, Jasper’s eyes met mine.

I could not hide the look of hurt that flashed in my eyes. Nor did I fail to notice that she was extremely beautiful.

The girl was slender and petite, she had an hourglass figure and the almost transparent bluish dress she was wearing, hugged her curves tightly, and flowed down her knees like it was made of water.

It was shimmering like the su
