Chapter Sixteen

I sigh for what seems like the hundredth time as I find nothing to help, I look at the files now scattered around me like flower petals though a lot more annoying since I haven't even started trying to find the connection between Kayden, Jayden, Dan and the people who hired the hit on them. I also don't know that person so I have a lot on my plate right now and yet i am stuck trying to get out of this stupid contract we where tricked into. I swear on my life when I catch whoever did this I would waste no time shoving my knife deep into their gut before asking questions. My phone rings out and I pick up my phone that's beside me, hope flaring in me as I read the contact name.
