Adrian and i arrive at a strip club called Moon Club, enter through the back and went straight to one of the dressing rooms. “Did you get a waitress uniform for me” i asked Rian and saw him smirk “yes sweetheart”,he got it out of his bag and handed it to me. I unfolded the clothe and looked at it suspiciously, narrowing my eyes at him,i said “this looks a little too…..exposing to be a waitress uniform”,his smirk only grew wider until he was smiling. He pushed me further into the room and drew the curtain around me saying”the waitresses dress like this to get more tips so be fast”,i couldn't argue because i haven't been in a club before talk less a strip club. “Dude, this is too short” i said trying to get the skirt to cover more skin as inopen the curtain.“Damn girl you look fine”he says with a smile,”shut up. This doesn't even look like a uniform, it looks like what a stripper would…wear”,i look at him wide eyed,“you got me a bloody stripper's uniform you fucker”. He started laughing

Sigh. This is pretty fucked up. I'm pretty fucked up. I take a drag, inhale and exhale. I hate him, jealousy is not an excuse for what he said. Problem is, i can't hate that stupid fucker, i…..i s–still love him. I fist my hair in my hands and grunt, i want to shout but what if they here me. This is so so fucked up, it's not even possible, we've been apart for 4 years, this feelings shouldn't be here anymore, it should have died. It should've but it didn't, it didn't die because you didn't heal. You pushed the pain, buried it all, you refused to acknowledge it, you believed your heart was barred from any hurt any pain. You could've prevented this, could've healed but you didn't. Stupid, stupid, stupid. Ughh. Be composed Nov, don't have a break down now. Ughhh, “are you okay babe” Eliza says as she and Jade stand in each side of me and hold my arms, i remove Eliza's hands from my right arm, take one last drag and put off the cigarette before letting it drop to the floor, “yeah i'm fine

4 years ago...“I met someone”, those words were like a slap to my face through the phone. Seems like my long-distance boyfriend–not–boyfriend Kayden just broke up with me.“I–I don't…know what to say” I reply, feeling numb with shock. “I'm sorry Nova, but I'm tired, not of you, I love you, but I'm tired of the fact that I can't see you when I want to, I can't touch you, I can't kiss you, it's just hard Nov it's hard”. I take deep breaths and say “I understand Kay, if you want out it's fine, I can't force you to do anything you don't want to” “you really understand?” “Yeah, it's cool”. I hear him breathe a breath of relief, and I involuntarily smile to myself. I take another deep breath to calm the tsunami of emotions swirling in me and ask “so, what's her name, age, character? Come on, give me the deets”. He laughs over the phone and says “her names Catherine,16, she's smart, funny, witty, sarcastic. She's basically”…….“me. She's basically me Kay, congratulations my friend for you have

“Reject the contract, I don't want it”, he looks at me with a sheepish smile “I uhmm, already accepted it”. My eyes bulge out of their sockets, “you what now, how could you do, I know you don't like him but that doesn't mean I'll let you kill him” “while it's true that I don't like him for what he did to you, I also don't want to kill him. In my defense, they sent the clause first and when I checked everything was perfect so I signed it, it was after I signed it that they sent the picture” “the contract and target picture aren't usually sent separately, so there must be some hidden motive behind it” “I agree with you on that one” “why is he a target, did they send any information about him” “no ma'am” I glare at him and say “you don't know why he's a target and you didn't check!! It's almost like you want him to die. This is no joking matter, this is serious” “I know it is and I've already contacted Rizzo and told him to look him up for me with the new database and I'll begin to look

Kayden's POV “Full english breakfast for Jay and Dan” “thanks”, the boys say as Nova keeps two plates ladened with a few strips of bacon, two sunny side up eggs for Jay and scrambled eggs for Dan, tomatoes, fried mushrooms, three slices of fried bread and five sausages each. The boys are practically drooling and I don't blame them because it looks absolutely delicious, “swiss muesli for Catherine” Cat mumbles a quick thank you as Nova positions a box of swiss muesli next to a bowl, spoon and a bottle of milk in front of her. “Smiley faced egg, three slices of bread and bacon with orange juice for my besties” the girls giggle as Nova positions their food in front of them before kissing both their cheeks like a mother would do to her children, making me smile. “And last but not least, chocolate chip pancakes with blueberries and maple syrup” she puts it all on the table for me and my face slightly falls thinking that she has forgotten how I eat breakfast “and frosted flakes”, she add pu
