Evan was greeted by the shareholders as soon as he entered his office. He already knew that they were going to be there because of false information circulating around.
Among the shareholders, there was an old man with the surname Vitale. He was Evan’s one of the granduncles. And Evan knew that he was already supporting Hong Clan. That granduncle would act nice and caring in front of him but was backstabbing him. Evan knew of all those things but still kept him by his side to use him later.
And finally, today was the time.
He walked to the head chair as if he was worried about nothing and sat there. The shareholders were irked by his nonchalant attitude. They started complaining as soon as he took his seat.
Evan let them speak as they wanted. He didn’t even listen to them and was just scrolling his cell phone. Seeing his action, the shareholders now started scolding him instead of complaining.
