Chapter Twenty: Barking At The Wrong Side of a Tree

Michele woke up, in a startled manner. He is aware that he has already opened his eyes, but all he can see is the pitch-black darkness.

He knows that he's sitting on a chair, and he can hear some men talking, just a few meters away from him. Looks like they're having a good time, and based on what he's been hearing from them, he assumes that they are playing a game of cards, and he can smell the scent of alcohols and cigarettes.

As his foggy mind starts to clear up, he realizes that he is blindfolded, with his arms and legs all tied up.

Michele can sense that he is in a serious situation right now. But he decided to keep himself calm, as he starts thinking of the ways on how he can break free and successfully escape...
