Hope

“What’s up? Everyone seems so busy.” I asked Natasha as I sauntered to her bedroom. I whisked open the window and was greeted by the lush greenery below. 3 of the four upper bedrooms are strategically placed at the corners to maximize the views with their floor to ceiling windows.

“Don’t worry about it, dear. He’s just doing the usual check up.” Natasha says nonchalantly.

Nikolai’s organization is massive. His employees and lackeys are so numerous that they’d be difficult to count, so it won’t be difficult for a spy to go undercover. However, Nikolai quickly notices if a spy had infiltrated the organization.

I seriously don’t know just how many people work for my protection alone but I’ve asked Ivan about it and he told me there’s the investigation team for background checks and basically every information we may need, the usual bodyguards that monitor me whether I am outs
