“This isn’t a dream, right, honey?” Amora asked her husband, still unable to believe what she’d just heard from her father-in-law.

The main ceremony had finally ended in a flood of tears and joy. Guests returned to enjoying the music, food, and drinks laid out for them.

“Of course not, sweetheart,” Regis reassured her, gently wiping the tears from the corners of her eyes. He could feel her happiness and was relieved that his father’s plan had gone so smoothly.
