Chapter seven

The next day came faster than Amber had expected and it was not going well for her at all. She had woken up that morning with leg cramps and as she managed to get up to go to her little kitchen to get water out of her sink so she could soak her legs in there was no water. She was frustrated. She almost cried, struggling back to her bed. She sat down and massaged her legs when she saw on her phone the sixteen calls she missed from Lisa, groaning. She tossed her phone away as she didn't want to remember what had happened between her and Gregory.

It was funny how Gregory never called her since that day, he didn't apologize and it hurt Amber that she began to doubt that he ever had feelings for her in the first place and she wasn't rich so she couldn't say he stayed with her because of her money.

Trying to understand everything was like just putting tons of bricks on her head and she was already stressed with the whole pregnancy thing she didn't need more.
