Chapter 88 - Alpha Marcus/Former Alpha Seth/Kane
Alpha Marcus POV
“Where is my son! He never goes out anywhere without telling me first!”
What is happening lately? I swear something is not working in my favor lately. Not only have I lost a couple alliances with packs that I thought I had gotten at the werewolf gathering, but something has happened between the time of the gathering to now. Even when I threaten them more, they aren’t budging.
Now, my son hasn’t been home for several days. What is going on?
With a growing anger, I glare at Caleb. However, for some reason, he doesn’t seem to be affected like usual. No. If anything, he almost seems happy, but why.
Caleb tries to keep the corner of his lip to curve upwards as he replies, “I’m not sure. He just seemed to disappear, but he never said anything to me.”
BAM!
I slam my hand on the top of my desk. How dare he say that he doesn’t know.
