18 A Day Filled with Questions
The next day, Alex woke up with a smile on her face. Thinking about meeting Carlos again after her class gives her so much energy. She got her phone to greet her boyfriend “Good morning.” After that, she prepared to go to school. She almost forgot about what happened yesterday. She was sure most students in MPIS will still talk about her today. Having that thought makes her feel nervous. How can she explain that she now has a boyfriend and that she is about to marry him after her high school graduation?
As usual, Alex was brought to school by their family driver. She was hesitant to go to school, but she doesn’t have a choice. Skipping classes today wouldn’t mean that students will stop talking about her so she might as well face her problem now.
