Ruby barely remembered the drive home.

Her mind remained completely consumed by one man.

Master William Steele.

Olivia glanced sideways from the driver's seat and laughed.

“You've been staring out that window for twenty minutes.”

Ruby blinked.

“What?”

“Exactly.”

Ruby groaned and covered her face with both hands.

“Oh my God.”

Olivia laughed harder.

“You've got it bad.”

“I do not.”

“You absolutely do.”

Ruby sighed dramatically.

“Okay, maybe a little.”

“A little?” Olivia nearly swerved laughing. “The man looked at you twice and you've forgotten how breathing works.”

Ruby couldn't even argue.

Because her best friend wasn't entirely wrong.

The next hour became a nonstop interrogation.

Ruby demanded every detail Olivia was willing to share.

What was Master Steele really like?

Had He dated many women?

Was He always that confident?

Did He always look at people like that?

Olivia answered what she could.

“He's incredibly private.”

“That doesn't help.”

“He's demanding.”

“That helps slightly.”

“He's loyal.”

Ruby liked that answer.

Olivia smiled knowingly.

“The people He cares about stay in His life for a very long time.”

Something about that statement lingered with Ruby all the way home.

The moment she walked into her apartment, she kicked off her heels, changed into pajamas, opened her laptop, and typed:

William Steele

The search results exploded across her screen.

Ruby's eyes widened.

"Holy crap."

There were business articles.

Charity events.

Commercial real estate acquisitions.

Luxury hospitality ventures.

Private membership clubs.

International import and export companies.

Board memberships.

Investment partnerships.

Photographs from charity galas.

Interviews.

Awards.

Magazine features.

The deeper she searched, the more impossible the man became.

He wasn't simply wealthy.

He was influential.

Respected.

Connected.

And somehow...

He'd spent four hours talking to her like she was the most interesting woman in Fantasy.

Ruby closed her laptop around two in the morning and lay awake staring at the ceiling.

Thinking about silver eyes.

Thinking about confidence.

Thinking about Friday.

Monday arrived far too quickly.

Ruby's work life couldn't have been more different from Fantasy.

As Senior Director at a fast-growing marketing firm, her days consisted of strategy meetings, client presentations, campaign reviews, budgets, deadlines, and constant decision-making.

She loved every minute of it.

The pressure energized her.

Most people found her intimidating at work.

Confident.

Sharp.

Focused.

No one at the office would ever guess that one conversation with a certain club owner had completely scrambled her thoughts.

Especially not when her phone vibrated Monday afternoon during a quarterly planning meeting.

Ruby glanced down discreetly beneath the conference table.

A text message.

From William Steele.

Her heart immediately skipped.

Master Steele:

I hope your day is productive, Ruby. Try not to work too hard. Friday is approaching quickly.

That was it.

Simple.

Professional.

Perfectly innocent.

Yet Ruby stared at the message for almost thirty seconds.

Then smiled so broadly that her assistant sitting beside her noticed.

"You look happy."

Ruby immediately locked her phone.

"No reason."

The assistant raised an eyebrow.

"Sure."

The week crawled.

Monday felt endless.

Tuesday wasn't much better.

Wednesday somehow lasted approximately three years.

Every evening brought another conversation with Olivia.

Every morning brought fresh anticipation.

And every night Ruby found herself wondering what Friday would be like.

Where would he take her?

What would they talk about?

Would he look at her the same way outside Fantasy?

Would he still seem larger than life?

Or even more dangerous?

Thursday evening finally arrived.

Ruby had just returned home from work when the doorbell rang.

The delivery man wheeled in two large black garment boxes.

Both bore a silver embossed F.

Her pulse immediately accelerated.

Master Steele.

Ruby carried the boxes into her living room and carefully opened them.

Inside she found luxury unlike anything she'd ever owned.

A breathtaking midnight-black evening dress crafted from silk and satin that somehow managed to look both sophisticated and effortlessly seductive.

Elegant heels.

Matching accessories.

A handwritten note.

Friday. 7:00 PM. My driver will arrive at 6:30.

— W.S.

Ruby ran her fingers across the note and smiled despite herself.

The man truly did arrange everything.

At 9:47 PM that same evening, her phone chimed again.

Her stomach instantly fluttered.

Master Steele:

The dress arrived?

Ruby smiled immediately.

Ruby:

Yes, Sir.

The reply appeared almost instantly.

Master Steele:

Good.

Just that single word.

Yet somehow she could hear His voice saying it.

Could practically see the approving look in those silver eyes.

Several moments later another message arrived.

Master Steele:

I look forward to seeing you Friday, Ruby.

Simple.

Polished.

Perfectly appropriate.

Yet Ruby found herself smiling at her phone like an idiot.

Because beneath those carefully chosen words she sensed something else.

Anticipation.

The same anticipation she felt.

The same excitement.

The same desire to discover what happened next.

For the first time in years, Friday couldn't arrive fast enough.

William Steele stood near the entrance of Fantasy long after Ruby and Olivia disappeared through the front doors. The rain had finally stopped outside. The city lights reflected against the wet pavement while the quiet hum of late-night traffic drifted through the distance.Still He watched. As if somehow she might turn around. She didn't.Eventually the black SUV carrying the women vanished into the darkness. And William felt something He genuinely disliked.Disappointment.The realization irritated Him immediately. He was a man who controlled outcomes.Controlled emotions.Controlled impulses.Yet the thought of Ruby leaving had settled heavily somewhere beneath His ribs. That had never happened before.Attraction?Certainly.He'd experienced attraction hundreds of times.Desire was easy.Desire was simple. This wasn't.Because what occupied His thoughts wasn't Ruby's beauty.Though God knew she possessed enough of that.It was the woman herself. Her curiosity. Her intelligence. The

  • The Master's Club   Chapter 1: An Introduction: Master Steele

The rain always seemed to fall harder on the nights Fantasy opened its doors. From the street, the building looked forgettable. A plain structure tucked between aging warehouses and silent alleyways, with no neon sign, no music spilling into the night, no indication that behind its steel-gray exterior existed a world of exquisite surrender and dangerous temptation. Most people passed without a second glance. That was exactly how Master William Steele preferred it. Discretion was power. And power was something He wore as naturally as the tailored black suits that clung perfectly to His broad shoulders. Master Steele was not the sort of man who demanded attention. He simply owned it. Confidence radiated from Him in quiet waves — controlled, measured, absolute. His presence alone could silence a room faster than shouting ever could. Tall and impeccably composed, He moved with the precision of someone who understood discipline not merely as a practice, but as a way of life. Every

  • The Master's Club   Chapter 2: Ruby

Ruby had imagined places like Fantasy for years. Not the cheap versions hidden inside trashy websites or badly written online fantasies, but something deeper. Darker. Elegant. A place where control meant more than rough hands and careless demands. A place where power had rules. Meaning. Intention. Ever since she was nineteen and trembling beneath the palm of her boyfriend during their first clumsy experiment with spanking, something inside her had awakened. Not fear. Not shame. Need. The sharp sting across her skin had sent heat spiraling through her body in ways she couldn’t explain. More intoxicating than the pain itself had been the feeling of surrender — of giving up control to someone she trusted. She remembered the dizzy warmth afterward, the comfort of being held, the strange emotional release that left her craving more even while she blushed at the thought of it. But her boyfriend had never understood the difference between curiosity and readiness. When she hesitated a

Ruby’s heels clicked softly against the wet pavement as she followed Olivia toward the building’s unmarked entrance. Rain clung to the cool night air, misting against her bare shoulders while her pulse hammered harder with every step.Up close, the structure felt even more intimidating. The dark brick exterior rose several stories high, stripped of personality and intentionally forgettable. No windows revealed what lay inside. No music leaked into the alley. It stood in complete silence, like a secret waiting to decide whether or not you were worthy of entering.Only a single amber light glowed above the heavy black door.Olivia pressed a discreet silver button beside it.For several long seconds, nothing happened. Then came the deep mechanical click of unseen locks disengaging. The door opened inward slowly. And Ruby’s breath caught. The entryway beyond was nothing like she expected.Warm gold lighting illuminated polished black marble floors veined with silver. • The Master's Club   Chapter 4: Club Fantasy - Master Damian and The Upper Dungeon

Fantasy was far larger than Ruby ever could have imagined. The main dungeon floor alone could have consumed an entire evening’s attention, yet Olivia leaned close with an excited grin as they moved carefully through the crowded play space. “You haven’t even seen the real magic yet.” Ruby glanced toward her. “There’s more?” Olivia laughed softly. “So much more.” At the far end of the dungeon, partially concealed behind black velvet drapery and guarded by another discreet security station, stood a private elevator framed in smoked glass and brushed steel. Unlike the rest of the club, access here was restricted. Very restricted. Beside the elevator sat a sleek black panel with a glowing silver emblem etched into its surface: F Guests approached individually, sliding elegant black-and-silver keycards across the scanner before the doors silently opened. Ruby watched one distinguished couple disappear inside. “What’s upstairs?” she whispered. Olivia lowered her voi
