Jeffrey walked close to Zach bed, this was the closest he could get to his brother without making the hospital to be suspicious of what he was doing with his brother, he could lean over him but so far his hands was hysterical by his side. They would never suspect that he was responsible for anything, and it was a good thing that the surveillance of the hospital was just a video with no sounds.
Now Jeffery heard that comatose patients are sometimes aware of their environment and that was why their family always remains close to them to give them words of encouragement so that they will not give up. If they were discouraged wouldn't it be the opposite?
