Chapter 60: Fated

Kaleb was the driver, and Mang Delfin was right next to him. Rye, Khali Vincent, and Violet are in the backseat. It's a little far from the resort, and the sun will set. Rye noticed how sleepy Khali was because she was tired. Later, she leaned over Vincent's shoulder, but Rye quickly took Khali's head out of Vincent's shoulder. He enveloped Khali in his arms.

"You're not a boyfriend yet, don't assume." Said Rye

"You're not a boyfriend either," Vincent said

"I'm her best friend and legit guardian." Said Rye

Vincent wasn't talking, but it was obvious on his face that he was upset with Rye. A few moments later, the car pulled up. Mang Delfin looked at them.

Khali, however, trembled and sat down properly.
