Andrea POV
The Alpha stared at me and then back at the dog. "How did you know about it? There is more to it," he muttered.
"As I already said, I was sent by the moon goddess to assist you until your kingdom is strong enough," I replied. While I was still talking to him, I received a message from the moon goddess. "Your rival pack will launch an attack on you tomorrow with their full force and only if you listen to me, you will live," I told him. I watched him as a long sigh escaped from him. "I am giving you only the benefit of the doubt. If I find out that you aren't who you say you are, then that would be the end of your miserable life," he fired at me and turned to leave immediately. "We will reconvene tomorrow. Meanwhile, the guards will show you your place for now," he announced while he walked away. The war ended and we won just as I had predicted. And that is how I got my place in the pack house as the special adviser to the Alpha
That morning, I lay on my foam in the pack house tired of the day's activities and preparing for the court meetings that awaited me the following day. But when I attempted to rest my head on the bed, I had a strange vision. "The pack is in grave danger and they are conspiring to kill the Alpha." my guardian spirit informed me in the dream. I thought about her words for some time. But they still didn't make sense to me. There was no threat against the kingdom anymore but the moon goddess insisted that I remain. "But who are these men?" I said to my guardian. "He is the beta of the pack." she informed him. I woke up from my sleep shivering with fear as streams of sweat fell from the side of my head. "But why will the renowned beta of the pack want the Alpha dead," I thought in my head biting the lower part of my lips in hate and disgust. "And how do I even convince that brut of an Alpha that hiss beta is hatching a plot against him." I gasped. I cracked my brain for a way to solve this great mystery but I was blank, answers weren't coming."Let me take a walk, maybe I might receive another message." I said to myself. I got up slowly from the bed and began to walk outside the pack house but halfway through my walk, I heard strange voices coming from the adjoining wall. "Tomorrow, no one will ever suspect that I stole the Alpha's ring." the beta voice which I could identify anytime whispered to the chief warrior who was standing right next to him."I lowered my ears to listen better to what they were saying. This might be the only chance I would get to prove that the beta was a snitch. "And soon, I will have the ring right in the middle of my fingers, no one will be able to question my authority as the new Alpha." he said as a burst of dark laughter escaped from his mouth. I could already feel my heart beating hard against my chest as though it was going to burst out."So how do we eliminate the Alpha for good?" The chief warrior inquired. "Leave that, I already got it settled. Tomorrow, I will poison his usual drink at the meeting and there, he will lose his life before everyone present." he laughed. I pulled away from the place and tiptoes silently back to my room. Nothing could happen to the king, not when his guardian was still alive. I waited for the time to come when I was going to reveal the big truth. I got to the proceeding that morning and the two werewolves suspected to have stolen the Alpha's staff of office ring were presented to the pack elders. "I didn't steal the Alpha's ring, I swear on my father's grave," one of them sobbed but that only made the Alpha angry. He came down angrily from the throne and walked gradually towards him with his face twisted in hate and disgust. "You fool, how dare you to lie before this Noble assembly," he thundered angrily at him and threw a slap on his face."But I didn't do it," I swear, the old werewolf kept saying but no one believed him but I did. And I was waiting patiently for the right time to spill the truth. "And how do you expect us to believe you?" The beta half yelled at him from his official seat. My face twisted with hate and irritation at such a question knowing full well that he was the sole culprit. "Because there is no evidence to prove that," he returned. This got the Alpha even angrier. "No evidence for it so? Then I will also convict you without trial," he announced before the great assembly. "You are sentenced to death," he announced. There were loud murmurs in the hall making the Alpha stop and turn toward everyone. "Anyone wants to challenge my authority and be like him," he announced in the hall and everyone became silent once again. Then, I saw the maiden coming with the glass of poisoned wine and I saw this as my perfect opportunity to reveal the truth. "Stop!" I yelled at her, making everyone in the hall turn toward me. "And what is it again Andrea," the Alpha fired at him with disgust in his voice. "That drink is poisoned," I announced before everyone was present.I stared at the Beta and caught him staring at me with a mixed feelings of anger and fear. "What's she up to again," I could read the thoughts in his heart. The Alpha turned over to the lady standing beside him already shivering with fear as the glass trembled in her hands. "It's not true, don't believe a word she says," she returned immediately. "Then why do you go ahead and take the first sip," he shot a deadly sneer at her. He drew the drink from the glass and forced it into her mouth. Her skin turned pale immediately and she fell to the ground dead, making everyone in the hall gasp in surprise. "How did you know about this Andrea," the Alpha inquired, returning to his throne. I explained everything to them and revealed the real person who stole the ring. The king ordered a search and the ring was found in him.The chief warrior was brought before the Alpha while he was boiling with rage. "How dare you beta, how dare you," he thundered angrily at them. He walked slowly over to them and stabbed the chief warrior right in his tummy spilling blood all over his face. I could see the beta visibly shivering with fear and a stream of sweat forming at the corner of his eyes..."My end has come," his lips trembled. But then, the strangest thing happened, the mate of the king, Luna Elsa ran into the hall and knelt before the Alpha. "Please don't kill my father please..." She pleaded with her mate before everyone was present. I had been in the pack house for a few months now but I never knew that the Luna was the Beta's daughter. "What a surprise," I thought. The Alpha stared into the eyes of the beta and back into the eyes of his Luna. "Thank your stars, you will only be banished from the kingdom." he said to him and walked away. "What!!" Everyone in the hall exclaimed. "But this is an offense against the state," one of the elders noted. "And the head of the state has made his decision," he replied. "The meeting was adjourned." I squeezed my face with so much hate and disgust but there was nothing I could do about what the Alpha king had decided. The next morning, I was to deliver some important news to the Alpha king but when I came into the room, he was with his Luna, kissing her passionately. I stared at the duo. "Gulp," a large lump went down my spine.Endless Love Andrea stood in stunned silence, her heart pounding in her chest as Jax's words echoed in her ears. Rachel and Andrea Andrea looked into Rachel's eyes, seeing the sincerity and understanding in them. It was as if Rachel could see right through her, to the core of her emotions. The truth in Rachel's words struck a chord within Andrea, reigniting the flicker of hope she had tried so hard to extinguish. "I... I can't deny my feelings any longer," Andrea admitted, her voice barely above a whisper. "But Rachel, you and Jax... your bond, it's special. I can't come between that." Rachel stepped closer, her hand reaching out to touch Andrea's arm gently. "Love doesn't always follow the rules, Andrea. It doesn't conform to our expectations or limitations. Sometimes, it defies logic and challenges us to embrace the unexpected. You deserve to be happy, and if that means embracing your love for Jax, then I support you." Andrea's eyes welled up with tears, a mix of gratitude and sorrow. "You're incredible, Rachel. Your strength and compassion... I don't know how to thank you." Rachel smiled
Andrea and Jax The moon hung high in the night sky, casting an ethereal glow over the sprawling forest that surrounded the pack's territory. Andrea stood on the edge of the clearing, her eyes scanning the darkness for any signs of danger. It had been a year since the pack had accepted her love for Jax, and she had settled into her role as the Moon Goddess Descendant with grace and determination. But a shadow of doubt lingered in Andrea's heart. She couldn't shake the feeling that something was amiss, that there was a threat lurking just beyond the veil of shadows. Her instincts had never failed her before, and she trusted them implicitly. As she pondered the uneasy sensation, a rustling sound reached her ears. Andrea tensed, her senses heightened.
