Andrea POV
"Andrea again right? Cause you are the only one that has access to this place and knocks on the door," he fired angrily from the other side of the wall.
"Yes, it's Andrea," I replied.
"And what do you want again?" He inquired. "If it's not a message from the goddess or another revelation, then do yourself the favor of going away right away 'cause I am not listening to a single word that you have to say," he said.
"Gulp." a large lump went down my spine like a large stone going down a large tunnel.
"What do I do now?" I thought. "I would have to lie."
I opened the door and walked into the room, placing the meal on the table and flicking my body but he didn't seem to be moved even the slightest bit.
He stared at the meal and back at me. "And what is this for?" He questioned angrily with a thick frown hanging on his face showing his stalk disapproval.
"I thought it would be nice to.." I tried to say with a stuttery voice but he would not listen to my words.
He saw me like total trash and didn't want anything to do with me because that fool of Luna had blinded him.
"You thought? And did I ever tell you that my cook was not capable enough?" he fired angrily at him while I continued to stare at him embarrassed and heartbroken...
A cracking sound came from the door and I turned my head to see who it was, it was the Luna making things even worse for me.
"What's happening here?" She inquired.
"She said she brought food for me, dear," he informed her.
Immediately she heard this she foamed with anger and threw the food all over the floor.
I continued to look at the plate of food that I had suffered to cook shattered all over the floor and did not notice when a thick slap landed on my left cheek.
"You fool." she thundered angrily at me. "I knew that you were up to no good."
I stared at her and back at the Alpha, I wanted to slap her back but I was able to hold myself back.
"Now clean up this mess you created here," Luna said to me.
I saw this as an insult and didn't want to go but the cruel Alpha was staring right into my eyes and I just had to do what she had said or I was just going to get myself into more trouble.
I cleaned up the mess as soon as I could and disposed it into the waste bin. I was foaming back with anger and I ran quickly to my room...
There, I heard my guardian's voice again. "Are you here to tell me that it's time again?" I questioned.
"Yes," she returned.
"But I already said that I can't go back there, I am already comfortable here. What other way do you want me to say it," I yelled.
"The moon goddess knows why you have refused to return to your first home, you are in love with the one you are sent to guide and protect." she announced to me.
I sighed.
"And there is only one way that you can remain in this werewolf pack." her voice filtered into my ears.
At the sound of the word, my face brightened with a renewal of hope.
"What's the condition?" I shot out quickly with high expectations.
I was going to do anything to stay back and win my Alpha, anything.
"Make the one that you want to stay behind for fall in love with you or your soul will be taken," she noted.
That was the greatest bombshell, dropping all my hope to the bearest minimum. Something like an impossible task.
"But you know that this is more likely impossible within such a short time frame," I lamented with tears already forming in the corner of my eyes.
"That's the message I was told to deliver and I have done my part," she ended and she was gone.
Tears trekked down from my eyes as I remember the time frame and the insults I had to go through at the hands of the Luna.
"She is the cause of all this. If she isn't always by his side, he would have taken notice of me." I thought in my head.
I was no longer going to pity anyone. I was going to do anything to remain in the pack by winning the Alpha, even if it meant someone was going to go to the grave for that course.
"I don't care." I muttered aloud.
Immediately, I plopped down on the bed and everything turned blur. Suddenly, I felt someone tapping me, the last time I checked I was the only one in my bedroom chamber.
"Who...?" I stopped talking when I caught sight of the Moon Goddess.
Her white dress was sparkling so bright that my eyes can't behold, I had to shut them off.
"My Lord." I fell down to my knees still looking confused.
What was going on?
"My Lord, I thought I had already left." I said cryptically.
"No, you are about to leave." She said holistically.
"What?" my mouth hung in the air in dilemma.
Where was I then?
Andrea focused on her duties, attending wars and making everything go smoothly, attend court meetings and subsided the dispute. She also pointed out his enemies to him, one after the other whom he slained (killed) tactically.
The Moon Goddess directed her and she followed, she noticed that along the line she started feeling jealous of Jax's mate (Rachael). He didn't give her attention if it wasn't for work or news from the Goddess. For some reason, she found out that he had attracted her and she has grown feelings for him but "Love" was restricted in her mission.
Endless Love Andrea stood in stunned silence, her heart pounding in her chest as Jax's words echoed in her ears. She couldn't believe what she was hearing. After a year of dedicating herself to protecting him, she had never expected Jax to confess his love for her. The realization hit her like a bolt of lightning, tearing through the walls she had built around her own emotions.Torn between her duty and her newfound feelings, Andrea struggled to find the right words. She knew that giving in to her desires would come at a great cost. The Moon Goddess had entrusted her with a mission, and betraying that trust would have consequences beyond her imagination."I... Jax, I never anticipated this," Andrea finally managed to say, her voice filled with a mixture of longing and hesitation. "But my purpose was to protect you, to ensure your reign is secure. Love was never part of the equation."Jax approached her, his eyes reflecting a mix of determination and vulnerability. "Andrea, I underst
Jax and Andrea Andrea stood before Alpha Jax, her heart heavy with conflicting emotions. The final battle against the hidden society had been won, and the dust of chaos was finally settling. It was time for her to fulfill her duty to the Moon Goddess and leave Jax's side. She had made the difficult decision to sacrifice her own happiness for the greater good, but now she faced the unexpected challenge of Jax's confession. As Jax approached her, determination and vulnerability shone in his eyes. He took her hands in his, his touch sending shivers down her spine. "Andrea," he began, his voice filled with sincerity, "I can't imagine a life without you. Our love has grown too strong to ignore." Tears welled up in Andrea's eyes as she listened to his words. Her heart ached, torn between her love for him and her duty to the Moon Goddess. She knew she couldn't allow herself to be swayed by his words, as tempting as they were. "Jax," she said softly, her voice filled with longing, "you ha
Shadows of the Past: The battle against the witch had been won, and the supernatural community rejoiced in the victory. However, Andrea couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. Rachel and Andrea Andrea looked into Rachel's eyes, seeing the sincerity and understanding in them. It was as if Rachel could see right through her, to the core of her emotions. The truth in Rachel's words struck a chord within Andrea, reigniting the flicker of hope she had tried so hard to extinguish. "I... I can't deny my feelings any longer," Andrea admitted, her voice barely above a whisper. "But Rachel, you and Jax... your bond, it's special. I can't come between that." Rachel stepped closer, her hand reaching out to touch Andrea's arm gently. "Love doesn't always follow the rules, Andrea. It doesn't conform to our expectations or limitations. Sometimes, it defies logic and challenges us to embrace the unexpected. You deserve to be happy, and if that means embracing your love for Jax, then I support you." Andrea's eyes welled up with tears, a mix of gratitude and sorrow. "You're incredible, Rachel. Your strength and compassion... I don't know how to thank you." Rachel smiled
