66: Can't remember who I am

Kayla's POV

I woke up in a dark room, feeling so cold and my hand stinging because I had been cut with a knife there. I couldn't see a thing but I could tell that I wasn't in my normal environment. Something was wrong.

My head felt so heavy and when I tried to think of what happened to me, I could only remember bits and pieces of it. Like, I could remember being in Nova's room, I was telling her something at one point then... someone cut my hand with a knife and I must've fainted and now I'm here?

Since it didn't make sense, I tried to think harder but became overwhelmed with pain. My head hurt so much that it felt as if someone slammed a bat against my head. I started to yell when the pain became unbearable.

" She's awake! Shh!" I heard a woman's voice say. I winced and closed my eyes because someone abruptly opened what I believed to be the door to whatever prison this was.
