Natasha's POV

I stood silently hearing Ryan talk,I avoided staring into his eyes at all cost for the fear that I would give in too easily. He hurt my feelings. He wasn't always available even to the extent that I couldn't recognize his scent properly.

The best way to protect me was to be by my side, even if something were to happen to me I know that at least he was by my side.We are supposed to be in this together that's the only way we stand a chance.

“You aren't mad at me again right?” Concen laced in his tone as he held me.

“I really don't know what to say at this point.” I turned to face him.

“I guess along the way we will sort things out, I'm tired I need to sleep.” I stood up leaving his words hanging.

I adjusted the sheet and went back to sleep. I was surprised when Ryan went to the bathroom to change and came to sit next to me.
