Natalie's head was spinning as she tried to understand everything that was going on. Her father had saved Noah when there were people out to kill him all because of her.

Maybe he wasn't so bad any longer because of him, her brother hadn't died on the streets or in the hands of Jared and Xavier.

Her thoughts drifted back to her mom's motionless body and how she had returned to the house to see if her father had come to save them but still nothing.
